Great service, great price, and as important, honest service. I asked them to do a complete check including brakes and they came back with, breaks are good, and only recommended oil change (I knew I needed one). Will come back anytime.

Dropped off a vehicle for tire replacement, brake check, tire rotation, and oil change.

The vehicle was ready 3 days later.

I was charged for a tire rotation not completed. When questioned, several techs reviewed and I got the shoulder shrug.

Poor communication from the counter during the 3 day event. The staff openly argued mechanics don't close out tickets. The staff openly argued in the office about who get's the commission from the customers sales ticket in front of customers.

There was no close out on what was
completed. Here's your keys and insert card into the slot.

Not worth going back. Hope the franchise owner sees this and spends a little more time in the office. Best of luck.

Very happy with the help and work Tires Plus did on my tesla. I can’t recommend them enough. They have all the equipment for changing tesla tires correctly, very hard working team and very friendly. Please come get your work here! I’ll be coming back for all my work to be done here.

These guys are amazing. Came to get my tire inspected as it had a nail in it. Not even 5 minutes after arriving they had pulled my car in the garage. The young dark skinned lady who works the front (I think her name is Shan) was so sweet and accommodating. She brought me water and tried to change the tv channel for my kids. Luckily my tire was able to be patched. Matt printed the invoice out and said to have a good day and that they know how it is juggling two kids and not to worry about the cost. I was almost brought to tears. They restored some of my lost faith in humanity. These people are so kind and I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Thanks Freddy! Had a slow leak - turned out it was a cut on the edge and couldn't be patched. Bought 2 tires - they weren't in stock there (Tesla with foam noise cancellation inside) but got them within a couple of hours and got us going. Great service, pleasant and friendly, did what was needed. Can't really ask for more!

Excellent work and always go back there for our vehicles to get worked on. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and not pushy. They are good about having kids waiting and offered a courtesy shuttle for everyone to go back home and wait. I am thankful for their attention to detail and kindness.

A very honest shop to work with. The kids that work there are very friendly and don't try to over Sell you. Never had an issue there and have been going there for the past 10 years. Good place to get your basic services done on your car!

Had a piece of metal slice my tire late Saturday, I called tires plus Sunday morning. Matt answered and he genuinely wanted to help me take care of my problem. I dropped my car off and had a new tire by the afternoon. I knew they were very busy so I was not expecting as fast as it was. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from Matt and the employees here. Will come back & recommend them. Thank you!

Worst place ever, made an appointment for tires, I got to the place at the time of appointment and they told me they didn’t had my tires that I order and never received a call or email so I wouldn’t waste my time to come at all, really unsatisfied with tire plus sad to see the company getting worse every single time in customer service when it used to be one of the best places to go but not anymore, you just lost a a long time customer forever!

Great shop. Had my tires replaced and got an alignment. No sideways talk, no pressure and straightforward service. What else can you ask for? Oh, and they returned my keylock for my rims when they were done. I'll definitely be back for other services. Thanks guys.

There are Tires Plus stores closer to my home, and I’ve tried a few others… but this is my go-to location as I completely trust the suggestions and service I get at this specific location.
