Tires Plus, Englewood FL

Said they could look at my flat tire in about a week. Can't drive on a flat tire! I was ready to buy 4 new tires but guess I will go somewhere else. This guy was not helpful.

Fair prices and took me in on short notice. Was in and out in an hour with four new tires.

I have always used the tiresplus in Port Charlotte or Sarasota for my tires and alignments. Always great service. But since moving to englewood after hurricane Ian, I have tried taking my vehicles to this location because it is closer. Each and every time I have called in the last year- it rings and no one ever picks up. I didn't think anything of it after the hurricane or even months after. But this is now. And still no answer. What the heck? I guess I'll keep going to the one in Port Charlotte. Shout out to my mechanic on San Casa they always answer the phone and are reliable.

I've been taking vehicles here for years! They're honest and pleasant to deal with.

These guys dont even want to help anybody. Ive had mutliple cars serviced here. Never again. I have a tire leak. I brought it Saturday at 11 and told them i could wait, as im on job site mon thru fri. I was told to come back at three. I told him i dont mind waiting. He told me come back at 3 again. I come back at 3 and the guy laughs at me. Says the other guy is leaving at 3 instead of six and they could schedule me for Monday. Lazy dont even want to help people. Completely wasted my time when i told him i had to get it done on the weekend. What a disservice. Opposite of customer service.

Desmond was very nice when I called regarding my flat tire and he helped me when I arrived. For such a busy place the guys were smiling and courteous.

I had to replace my battery in my car yesterday and as busy as they were, they stopped and helped me out, appreciate all of you,

Excellent service and great price. My mechanic, Kevin, did a great job. Highly recommend him.

I was given an email on how much my repairs were by pdf, and when i went to pay the price was about $170.00 more then the first email work order pdf and then another pdf work order, the laber went from around two hundred and sixty to over four hundred and i ended up paying almost $800.00 when the first one was little over $600.00, and as a female I'm always nervous to get something fixed for reasons like this! And my car is still making the same noises, the reason i brought it in the first place.

Stopped to get a tire repaired.
Tried to ask a question and was blown off by employee. Took my business down the street and was treated respectfully and quickly at the Goodyear tire center.

After having tire repair and rotation in February, I scheduled an appointment for oil change and rotation again for 4/26/23,11 am. When I arrived I was told the schedule was overbooked, an employee or two didn’t come to work and it would be all day if it could be done. So I said I’ll do you a favor, take me off the schedule, I’ll come back next week. We scheduled appointment for 5/4/23,9: 30 am. So I drove to their location again. When met at the counter I’m told it would be a couple or a few hours despite having an appointment and they couldn’t do the tire rotation as 35” tires were too heavy. They were aware of the tire size the entire time. Their employee Kevin told me I could take my business elsewhere. I called the corporate office and spoke with Atlanta who was helpful and now waiting for call back from Regional Manager.

I was able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening for an unexpected flat. The representative I spoke with was kind of off-putting. Also when I came to pick up my car, the phone was ringing for like 20 minutes and no one was inside to help customers.
One of the people in the shop seemed very frustrated with the guy who was supposed to be at the desk helping customers.

I had a nail in my tire and every shop I called was too busy or a 5 hour wait, Mike got me right in and we were on the road with a repaired tire in under an hour! I can’t recommend them enough, what a great shop!

I had previously posted an excellent 5 star review for this location. Unfortunately when my mother had called in today, 3/17/23, the front desk clerk treated her atrociously. He didn't listen to the request for one tire and tried to sell her two while not even having the tires in stock! Made comments that they were "swamped" and that he needed her off the phone because 3 other calls were coming in. To simply "drive up" so they could "look at it". I've been in customer service and care my whole life and am absolutely livid. I'm so sorry to any of the 800 plus folks who used my positive review and received a negative experience. I will never recommend this location to anyone again.

Young guy worked at a snails pace and did not do many things I requested in advance and when I arrived. He didn't clean my wheels, add air pressure to the maximum on my new tires, did not install new fuel filter as requested, did not check my fluid levels, etc. I will never go back

Booked appointment on line. Email said they would contact me if date and time is not available to reschedule. Heard nothing from them so went to appointment and was told that I was not on schedule and no one had checked online appointment. Could not help me today. I needed a tire repair. Wasted time and gas. Called Tuffy’s in North Port and they got me in. Will be moving my tire business to Tuffy Tire.

Only talked on phone for a quote. Wow, I ended up going to Englewood Service Center by Obee's it was better quality tires for $500.00 less.
