Took my car to get fixed. Took it somewhere else and turns out they completely messed up. Charged me almost $900 and didn’t even do it right. Don’t go here

Tires plus saw I was there with a blown tire thay new I was desperate thay sold me a high priced tire for 258.00 for 1 tire said that was the only. Tire thay had to fit it, 1 tire for so. Much Money

These guys gave exemplary service, above and beyond. We were going to come back the next day because the tow truck pulled in at closing time. They said they were working late anyway and offered to change mount and balance the tire after hours to save us the trip. They earned my future business.

They were very friendly! They did not have my tire in stock for my camaro. They said they would have to order it.

The store closes at 7pm on weekdays but I arrived here at 6: 30 pm to fix a plastic panel hanging under my front bumper. They took care of it super quick and I was out the door before 7. Friendly and fast customer service!

Got in a car accident and had lots of damage done to underside of my car. Tires Plus employees were professional and diligent. They fixed my car but it seemed louder and bumpier than usual. I called them and was told to bring it in right away. They apologized and ordered a new part. When I picked it up, they had given me 4 new tires at no cost. The manager said he wanted to make up the inconvenience to me. The car now runs great and I really respect Tires Plus.

I went to got a bolt tightened and they were charging me just to take a look. Person who attended me did not seem to understand what a ball joint nut was. Went elsewhere with my business.

45 minute wait at New Tampa store and they still didn't find out why my tire was losing pressure so fast.

This location is clearly farming for unneeded services. They refused to do a wheel alignment ($79.99 special) unless I bought two new tires and had both front calipers replaced ($868.02 total repair estimate). Taking my business elsewhere.

It took 6 hours to change 1 tire that had a nail in it. I honestly couldn't believe it. I could see the employees in the back conversing doing absolutely nothing to fix mine or the whopping 2 other people who were there before me cars. They removed the tire about an hour in so had I wanted to leave and go elsewhere my car was on a lift with no front tire. No one came to give us updates on why it was taking so long or even a timeframe on when we could leave. I was literally stuck and I was there an hour past their closing time with no apologies for the long wait and an attitude from the mechanic who rung me up after it was all said and done. The other two patrons who arrived before me were also there past closing and they left us all alone in the client part of the building while the hung out in the back ding nothing. Never again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Have been here with both are cars and always receive stellar service. Recently we were having a stalling problem with our Saturn Bye and brought it in. We had a similar problem about six months ago. Long story made short: They found out the part they had replaced before had gone bad. It was all under warranty and the problem is fixed! Jay was amazing to work with. Darius was friendly at checkout. Highly recommend!

Very expensive place to get work done. I went in, with what I thought was a minor brake problem and received an estimate for $2800.00. However they did seem to be very thorough and professional. I felt they were overcharging a lot for parts. My opinion would be to shop around before stopping there. If not bring your check book and pillow. You might need this, once you get your bill after fainting.

They broke my car pulled out bunch of unnessary wires.i went in for a minor problem i come a major problem by them braking my whole engine parts were more than double brand new and they suck.

Had a 6pm appointment for an oil change. At 6: 45 they still had not started on my car so I ask for my keys back which didn't seem to surprise him at all.

They tried telling me that they cannot repair my tire because it has fix a flat in it well I just called around and pretty much everybody told me that yes it is fixable so I left

I was amazed of how kind and helpful the manager was. Went in the morning they took care of my car, talked with my husband through phone and offered us a variety of alternatives. I read a good magazine while drinking my coffee and wait for my car (both coffee and magazine were provided by them) I will continue been a customer! Thanks!

Long waits and over priced oil changes, but if you complain the manager will take care of you at least.
