I bought my latest tire from here and will not be going back for another set. They are very rude to WOMEN and do not talk to you like a person. I have been back 3 times with issues or rotation and service is always rude.

Don't schedule an appointment on line because it is a waste of time. I scheduled an appointment on the weekend for a Monday appointment to wake up to a phone call from the tires plus telling me that there was a conflict with my appointment. The person I talked to said the system didn't work.

Unfortunately, I will not be taking my vehicle back to Tires Plus in Orange Park. I have taken my 2012 Ford Mustang there a few times for service, but my most recent service was an eye-opener to their price gouging tactics. I would encourage everyone to not simply accept their pricing as-is, and do some research as to what it costs DIY or somewhere else. This company is marking up manufacturer parts by hundreds of percentage points. I have specific examples.

On my most recent visit on 06/08/2020 I received a quote for a Fuel Filter replacement and Spark Plug replacement. Per the invoice provided by Tires Plus, they wanted to charge me $41.99 for a fuel filter part and $18.99 per spark plug (in which, I'd need six of them). The spark plugs were Motorcraft's Platinum SP-520 spark plugs. These were parts alone. Adding in labor, they wanted a total of $128 for replacing the fuel filter and $329 for the spark plugs replaced.

I went home and researched these repairs. I immediately noticed Motorcraft SP-520 spark plugs sell for $3.97 each on Amazon. A replacement Motorcraft fuel filter costs $15.42 on Amazon. They have marked up these prices by hundreds of percentage points. They wanted over $150 in parts, while I could get them directly off Amazon for less than $40 with free shipping.

Next comes labor. I'm not a mechanic, so I won't speak to this as much. However, most sites I've researched suggest Tires Plus' labor prices are outrageous. Again, they wanted $100 labor for the fuel filter and $252 labor for the spark plugs. I watched a video on how to replace the fuel filter on a 2012 Ford Mustang, and watched it done in about 5 easy steps taking a total of 10 minutes. Obviously the spark plugs are more challenging, but $252 for a couple hour project is insanely priced at an hourly rate.

Overall, I will not take my car back to Tires Plus. Maybe I can't justify the labor well, but I can most definitely see how I'd get screwed on the parts alone. Again, I'd encourage everyone to look at your invoice closely and research what they are charging you for. Just because the invoice says $150 doesn't mean it's a complex, in-depth project.it could be something as simple as swapping a filter in less than 10 or 15 minutes. Don't be fooled.

UPDATE: Spoke to AutoNation Ford Orange Park today about the invoice I received from Tires Plus. Was advised there is NO service "fuel filter" part on the 2012 Ford Mustang. Those are previous models which had the in-line fuel filters.really makes me wonder now, if had I paid that, what they would have done service-wise. I'd like to hope that this wasn't a fraudulent attempt to take advantage of a person that doesn't know automotive stuff.

Absolutely horrible manager by the name of Rick. Made an appointment for my car to get an oil change and it took 4 hours. Somehow there was more miles on my car when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I filled the survey out that they send you, and said that if anyone wants to follow up with me to send me an email, so naturally manager Rick calls me. He told me that they put my car at the back of the line for the oil change because other people came in and waited on their car, even though I had an appointment. He proceeded to say that they had to do a test drive of my car for an oil change (this has never happened at any other Tires Plus I’ve been to). All Rick was able to do was make lousy excuses and not even apologize for the inconveniences. I will not be returning to this location.

Great, friendly service and fair prices. I am no longer able to do maintenance on my vehicles and this is the first place out of 4 that did it correctly. Got 4 tires, too.

Went in for a new battery. They put the WRONG battery in my car! This resulted in many of my fuses and electrical to fail. I was then REFUSED service when I told them about it. I will never bring another vehicle to this company.

My Wife went to this Tires Plus to get a slow leak fixed on my rear left tire. She found out that a nail was in the center of the tire. She was told by the lady behind the counter that they couldn't repair the tire because of the angle of where the nail entered the tire in the center it couldn't be repaired. She also said that if they could repair it, that it would cost $22.00. Now we have given this place a lot of business and now I am convinced that they robbed us on some of that business. My wife had enough sense to take it to DISCOUNT TIRES and they not only fixed it and provided a lifetime guarantee on the repair but they did it for free. This place quoted us a price for another new tire knowing the tire that had the nail in it was repairable. I think they be ripping people off to get their sales up. Please don't take your car to this place, our trust was betrayed. Give this place a message that we don't need them making up issues with our cars, we have enough real issues with them. I hope everyone catch on to them and their sales drop to where their management is replaced or they have to go out of business using those criminal, underhanded practices.

Against our better judgment, we gave this business another chance. The manager called and pretty much gave a lot of excuses and apologized. The last straw was yesterday when we had them work on two of our cars, One of our cars overheated after having spending $900 to replace the radiator. My wife was driving it and had to pull over at the side of the road and they had to come and pick it up and repair it right. They can never seem to get it right the first time which is a big inconvenience for customers. Also, I bought my car in to get new spark plug wires and new plugs but when I got my car back I notice the coolant level sensor light on, on my dash. I called and spoke with Adam the service manager. He was rude and told me that the sensor light has nothing to do with the spark plug work and refused to look at it again. I insisted that this light wasn't on prior to me bringing it in and he said that it was a coincidence. I disagreed and ask them to take another look. He ended up hanging up in my face and acted in s very unprofessional manner and subsequently hung up the phone in my face. I called back 3 timed only to be placed on hold 3 times. When I finally spoke to him, I asked him for his Corporate Headquarters phone number and reported him. I found out that the coolant level sensor is just above the first spark plug and think that they hit the wire for that sensor and damaged it. I was able to locate it and push it into place and the sensor light wend off. It makes you think if these guys know what they are doing, the service manager obviously didn't know that they were working near that sensor. I will never again give Tires Plus my business, not even for tires let alone other issues. We are finished with them after this episode. Please read and heed these reviews, they have some egregious claims against them but I believe every negative comment know matter if they have positive comments.

Not sure - my experience was not pleasant. I had to make a 3rd.trip to get new tyres properly balanced - disappointed. Hopefully staff and Mgmt.does improve the quality of their workmanship.

They sabotage vehicles. I got tires on my navigator and told them not to even open my hood. They loosened my oil filter and pulled wires from my vaccume. They told me I will be needing a new engine soon. I will never go back. Why the hell would any of u? Pay attention to what they do to your car. They did simalur sabotage to my buddy's truck. No problem with car until u leave tires plus then u will keep having problems. They should be shut down

I come here for my alignments and wheel balances and is always a good experience. I schedule my appointment online, drop my car off and wait for the call. I've never had any issues with their work.

Had an appointment scheduled and I had last minute things happen. So I called to let them know and apologize and reschedule but right after I said I could not make it they hung up without a word. So rude, the worst customer service.
