Tires Plus, Lake Mary FL

We stopped by a month ago to report low tire pressure. They were extremely kind to check the tire, fill it and we left. No cost. Today we stopped by due to a flat tire. Mason was extremely professional, polite and honest. He 1st gave us an honest opinion, a few ideas and we settled for replacing the flat tire with a donut tire. However, if we do need tires replaced, I am coming back to Tires Plus on Lake Mary because everyone there is courteous and professional especially Mason. I enjoyed working with him.

We had a flat tire and ask them to plug it. They were not very helpful. They just wanted to sell use a new tire. Our vehicle was a rental. Why would we buy a new tire.

Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and most importantly terrible judgement. Don’t trust their advice. Will only lead you to spending more money.

I wanna down on a comment I left two weeks ago. I recently had my a/c check at another facility (not tires plus) and they informed me the only thing leaking was my low pressure schrader valve… in total it cost me just under 50 dollars to replace. In comparison to Tires plus diagnostic that said I need to replace the new A/C compressor and recharge the system again for 1,200…. THIS CONFIRMS THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE! Would definitely get second input before trusting their opinions. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

They helped me while I was in a jam, I had an object in my tire & they put my spare on for me. The cost was a little steep just for that.

Went in for tires and oil change and probably they wanted to upsell like crazy. Can't afford everything on disability unless it's free. Appreciate the concerns for the vehicle.

Had a great experience. Price matched some repairs for me! Gave me advice on another one of my vehicles that wasn't even there!

Very good place totally recommended. Good prices and a fast excellent service. Valerie always very kind. The best of all is to have someone speak my language and she is very helpful. I am happy and I will be back soon for my oil changes. I already recommend it to my family. Thanks a lot

Place is a typical shop, customer service is what you can expect from the personalities they have there. Dont expect overly happy employees. You walk into waiting area and it's super dull, makes the wait feel even longer.

I should have looked up reviews prior to making an appointment here and wasting my time. Came in about 15 minutes early for an alignment and after close to an hour, got up to see that my car was still sitting in the same spot. I understand that a shop can fall behind but it doesn't take much to communicate that to your customers. The owners of the vehicle currently occupying the alignment rack told me they have been waiting for over 2 hours! I'm not upset at the store brand as I use to live by red bug and have never had any issues with those guys. Will be trying the Longwood location next as it is the next closes to me.

Came in yesterday (out of all days on a Sunday) with a nail in my tire. Caught a flat the night prior. No other places open in the area and I was turned away from Tire Kingdom. They weren’t even willing to take a look at my tire. Nonetheless, these gentlemen here at Tires plus serviced me. Took a little bit of a wait but it was expected. In their defense, as far as the wait times are concerned, I literally witnessed these men get slammed one customer after another. But they were pretty diligent in getting everyone out of there as quickly as possible. It’s definitely a popular location. I was also fortunate enough to witness some loyal customers. That was pretty enlightening to see. Big thank you to Josh who didn’t turn me away and was very friendly and hospitable and the gentleman who serviced my tire also! We all shared some good laughs and they made me feel very welcome! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I've been consistently disappointed with the service here but always gave them the benefit of doubt in how they handled things. But now I am done with this place. They are always adding "shop fees" that they don't tell you about until you are checking out. I've brought my car here for air filter change only to drive home and hear sounds from under the hood. When I opened the hood, I saw they had forget to close the air filter case. When you bring things to their attention, no one ever takes responsibility. They just don't care.

I have had only great experiences at this location. I assume the locations are all different, but, these folks here, in Lake Mary, are honest, and thoughtful in their pricing and use of coupons, etc. I needed my car at a certain time and it was ready on more than one occasion.

This is the most dishonest place imaginable. They ask to keep your car over night to administer repairs however; when the car is returned the next day the vehicle is still damaged.

Fantastic service. We evacuated to Florida for a hurricane and got a flat on our return trip. The staff here got us back on the road quickly and even provided lunch for my family (dog included). Great experience all around. These guys know service!

Excellent Service and Staff. I needed to replace a tire on my car that wasn't a brand that this company normally stocks. Christina was able to order us a tire and had us up and going as fast as they could go. I didn't have to settle for mixing brands. Thank you Tires Plus. Thank you Christina.

Came to get my flat tires fixed and was told 3 hrs later that my tires were too old (8yrs old) to fix and that I needed new tires for my work truck. Quote was for over $1,000. I said no thanks and got all new tires at another trusted shop for $600. Front staff was friendly, but I'll never go here again.

I’m honestly upset you can’t give less than 1 star because deserve it! Slow, unbothered and lax customer service to say the least. Spent the entire day here trying to change one tire that they lied about and said was unpatchable but Acura my car manufacturer patch. DONT NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO MAKE BAD, REGRETABLE CHOICES

Amazing service, the people work there is very friendly and good price. Valerie helped me with some coupons, she did a great job!

This location has never pressured me to purchase products/services that I didn't need. I have always had timely service with reasonable prices.
