Devin Tison took on my very difficult case - after 3 other attorneys took it & passed it on - not wanting to take on such a fight. Fenstersheib and Tison represented themselves experts in my case, he said he would take my case with integrity and professionalism pricing himself as a honorable character.
In reliance upon his representation and alleged expertise I accepted his service.
Unfortunately after several months Mr Fenstersheib failed to continue with my case and decided to hand my case to Tison Law Firm which I consider the be the worse most unreliable firm. Mr Tison took my case and I wasted over six years without ever meeting to review my case. He finally after repeatedly contacting Tison arrange a mediation at $250 dollars an hours that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY the pre-arranged side show was a joke. Finally after $1,000.00 fee (4 hours of what I consider legal BS talk) the settlement was HORRIBLE! And well manipulated.
Mr hot shot never showed for the mediation instead sent another lawyer I had never met before, he stated he was recently hired by Tison.and that Tison was too busy to attend the mediation. I consider Tison dishonest and disrespectful. I have no words to describe this little man.
Advise: Research before hiring these firms.
