Awesome customer service. Ordered some Weld Wheels that were in back order so they reached out to me the very next day to see if I wanted to wait or to change the order up for other wheels. I ended up swapping for better looking wheels that I missed on initial order. Bottles took care of me.

Had last minute issues with my Supra before hitting the track. They made sure to get my axles overnighted on short notice with everything needed for install to get the car back up and running.

Ripped to shreds the rear bumper of my MK3 while working on it, and then pretended it was like that before it got in. Spent two weeks trying to get them to own up to it, but it seems the owners have no integrity or accountability. Stay away if you value your property or care about doing honorable business.

I placed an order for an intake manifold that unfortunately got damaged in shipping. The salesman updated me on the insurance claim/replacement which took a decent amount of time but was not an issue because the manifold I received was a nice upgrade from the one I purchased. Thank you TitanMotorsports.

I needed a unique rod bearing that was 0.001" undersize and called ACL bearings. ACL bearing directed me to Titan Motorsports. I gave the sales rep the part number I needed and my email address. I received an invoice for the part with shipping options and payment information for which I completed and got my order going immediately. Great service. Wish I had known about them sooner.

After reviewing their website for replacement parts I noticed that there was no indication of availability for the item I was interested in. This prompted me to call and inquire. Now this is my first experience dealing with Titan and it was nothing short of awesome, especially calling early am just after opening hours I would have expected otherwise. But I was in a rush and needed same day shipping I was greeted and served by a sales associate who went out of their way to check stock availability and also whether item was available to ship immediately. Not only was presented with answers to my specific questions but also was advised of other alternatives solutions and turnarounds. The associate gave me the best resolution with the least amount of downtime. Great service, if you have any questions before purchase so give them a call, they are very knowledgeable and can provide you all insights into ensuring you haven’t missed or excluded items that are needed for your purchase.

Went in with good expectations, ordered a bodykit from their website. They immediately refunded it, and said the kit had been discontinued. Assured me they would find out if there was a way to get it. Two weeks later, still no word from them. I ended up sourcing the kit from its manufacturer in Japan, and attempted to order through them again with the invoice in hand. Many excuses, but no practical solutions. Going somewhere else where they don’t waste your time or treat you like trash.
