Not recommended,

Good: Aaron- knowledgeable, timely, professional, courteous.
Bad: Office- not transparent about diagnostic costs meant that trust was eroded before service even started.
Ugly: Not upfront about costs, despite flat pricing model.

We were recommended to use Titan and with a failing system and various outlets to address. Titan did not deliver for us, which is a shame, as we have considerable work we want to do. If a quick fix feels inflated, then no go. The dispatch charge was the only upfront charge mentioned.

We broke a pipe inside the wall at the hose bib at 5: 30pm! Corbin and Victor came out within an hour and had the repair done by 8: 30! Corbin and Victor were very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and even went to Home Depot to grab the part needed to get the repair completed so we could turn the water back on! Thanks to Corbin and Victor for a job well done!

Stay away, far away from these guys! Their prices are 4x more expensive than anyone else. They messed up the toilet after charging an outrageous amount and wanted to charge 2x to even come take a look and fix. Ridiculous! Shame on you for stealing from customers.

They responded to our urgent request and provided good explanation of the problems found and a process to fix it. No mess left behind.

Arrived early and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Respectful and professional. Kevin L was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Scott came out and installed some bathroom faucets and toilet handles, doing a great job, including cleaning up. Had a minor glitch in one of the installs and they were out to correct problem within hours, on a Saturday. Will definitely use again.

Scott was amazing and really got the job done quickly. He was able to get my shower and new valve installed in no time and seemed like he knew exactly what needed to be done. He was super nice and helpful and feel comfortable hiring him for any plumbing job I may need in the future. He was so nice and helpful im very thankful that he was able to come and fix my shower! Scott of Titan Plumbing replaced a troublesome tankless water heater for me today (a Saturday) and did a very good job! He was professional, courteous, and efficient in his efforts. I will recommend him in the future!

I called tricon at 730pm Monday night with emergency, my sewage line was blocked, and less than an hour later Joey was on his way, driving an hour each way to get to me in Sarasota. Joey was great, he couldn't resolve the issue that night but he came back with Corbin the next day and they got the line cleared and they spent the time to educate me on the issue and any next steps. I would definitely recommend and use Titan again. Joey and Corbin are both exceptional team members. Titan, please take care of them, you guys got two workers that know their trade and how to provide great customer service. Thank you.

I called Titan Plumbing to inquire about a water heater replacement and I spoke with Leticia, she was helpful and explained what availability there was to schedule and took the time to go over what to expect. I will definitely be using Titan plumbing when I’m ready to schedule my repair.

Called and talked to Latisha who was extremely rude would not let me speak to anyone about a large remodel job. She said she was the "manager and in charge" Refuse to provide me any ones name or phone number to help me then hung up on me. Be on the look out for her

Called our rental management company regarding a clogged drain. They connected me with Titan. Titan made an appointment within 48 hours and the technician was Joey C. Joey was able to not only fix the clog in the stack, but also contacted the rental agent about the hotness of the water in the bathrooms. He got authorization to fix that issue, too! I am grateful for this experience with Titan and Joey C.

I have spent thousands between a shower remodeling and an outside faucet repair. Now I have a leaky faucet and a GFI outlet that will not reset. Being a past customer means nothing and I was told I would have to pay $30 to a plumber and $30 to an electrician before I could know how much repair would be. Since repeat business means nothing I might as well call other companies.

Leticia was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She kept us up to date and helped us to make sure all of the problems were properly fixed! Corbin and Joey R were so professional! They showed up on time and knew exactly what to do! They were able to fix our issues and let us know any other problems we may run into as we are renting an older property. We ran into issues with one tech, Kevin, but Leticia was able to deploy Joey and Corbin who came in and saved the day!
