Titan was responsive and were able to accomodate a quick inspection for a water leak. The techs were very professional and courteous.

I used Titan Restoration while I was a regional facilities manager. They were great. I dealt with them remotely so the fact that they were incredibly communicative and punctual really simplified things. They had great prices and great services.

This company provides the WORST customer service. We requested a roof inspection, they scheduled a date (Monday) and time between 9 to 11 am, and they called me at 4: 30 pm the same day of the appointment asking for access. The worst part is that the technician didn't know what was the job about. So he told me that he will call me back, and he never called back. I waited for a call on Tuesday but didn't get any. I called them on Wednesday and they said they rescheduled for next Monday at the same time. They called me around 2 asking about access info and I said that they have to bring their own ladder, so he postponed because he didn't have the ladder. Apparently, they went to inspect the roof without letting me know. And I found out because I called them! At this point how do I trust that they went, they charge by the hour, and they can say they were there for 5 hours. Anyway, then the manager told me that they will send me a report, which I never got. 1 week went by and no call from them. Called them yesterday (Monday), and left a message and of course, nobody called me back.

UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! IF YOU NEED THEIR SERVICE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY.

Wasted all the time and effort. I could have lost my job for their inefficiency and lack of work ethics.

I have used Titan Restoration’s service twice over the past 2-3 years at two different locations. They are responsive and professional. Turnaround time to arrive on the job and to get it completed are all as promised. They understand the urgency of the problem when it comes to mold, and react accordingly. Used them to provide an expert ATTIC INSPECTION because I have a leak and two different reputable roofing companies provided two different evaluations for two different sections of my roof. I was informed that ROOFERS don't go in the attics to see where leaks come from, they just evaluate from outside roof. Now I know for certain what section needs fixing thanks to Titan Restoration. I'm very happy with their report.
