The worst panel company, very irresponsible. I have been reporting a breakdown for almost 2 weeks and they only say I'm sorry, let's do the report again, wait 3 more business days.

The worst decision in my life as a home owner was choosing Titan Solar for my panels. I have been deceived and lied to so many times I lost count.

Danny Rodriguez who claims to be the "regional director of sale" came to my house to present the offer after another company came for a quote. I told him I would get back to him if I decided to proceed, because I had yet another company coming the next day.

He then texted me the next day that he was going to come over to see if he could offer something better. I did not reply because I grew tired of dealing with different companies, so he SHOWS up to my house and waits in his car for the representative to leave so he could knock on my door.

He then gave me a counter offer that was slightly better and when I told him I will get back to him once more, he became unprofessional at that point and told me he doesn't think it's fair I MADE him drive out there when I never agreed to it.

I ALMOST FELL OFF MY CHAIR.

After reminding him that he just showed up, he did one last counter offer and I finally agreed after growing tired of the harassment. I was promised after 3 weeks of installation, I would be getting the other half of the offer that enticed me to begin with.

. My panels were installed in May of 2023 and I have yet to receive ANYTHING at all but non stop "we will call you back after speaking to Partner relations". I have sent in screenshots and emails of the offer that was promised to Titan Solar as well to no prevail.

I spoke with the loan provider and opened a case with them however I am STILL waiting to this day for any type of solution.

Long story short. DO NOT GIVE TITAN SOLAR ANY OF YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS. If I could go back in time I would have kicked Danny out when he told me It was unfair for him to drive out to my house unexpectedly.

I hope this reaches the right person.

I’m truly here as a last resort.
I had titan sell me solar panels about 2 years ago, and things were mostly fine.
A few months ago, ouc was sending me large electric bills showing that I was producing 0 solar energy.
My solar edge app was showing that I was producing but for some reason that energy was not reaching OUC.
3 months in a row, I have not only been paying a solar bill, but now I have been also paying an electric bill that negated the whole purpose of getting panels to begin with.
I have been in contact with someone from titan and check in constantly to the point in which I would consider myself annoying because nothing is getting done.
They came out to let me know that the panels are in fact working, but what good are working panels if the electrical company doesn’t see any of the power it’s generating and charging me anyway.
I cannot go another month paying two bills, and being that my solar bill is a loan- I’m pretty much screwed.
Going solar has been nothing but a pain in my side, and a detriment to my wallet.
No one seems to want to help me figure out my root problem and I am tired of running out of money.
If you value your wallet, don’t do it.
No one will be there to help you if you have issues.

They get two stars because the workers were great when they were out, but my process with Titan has been a NIGHTMARE. My business has been out $50k for over 1.5 years and my project still isn’t completed and won’t be before the end of the year, so I’ll get none of the promised tax credits this year. Do not use this company. Go with one of their many competitors. What a terrible experience trying to do the right thing.

If I could give it 0 I would, scammers. We bought the panels, to install it in my home it was months, almost a year behind them because when it wasn't one thing it was another. According to the lady who made the sale to us, we had a fixed monthly price during the years that they gave us the financing. I review my account today and after 8 months in a row paying the same price, they charge me double the monthly price without notifying us by email or anything. But apart from this we have to pay electricity bills, they deceive to sell, they are not transparent. Scammers, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THEY HAVE NO CREDIBILITY AND THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE I KNOW IN THE SAME SITUATION.

We’re a year into the solar and our inverter went down without anyone notifying us. We got an electric bill for almost $400 which meant it had been down for over a month. So far we’re almost $800 into the grid and nobody is making it right. We finally got a new inverter installed and had been without solar for almost 2 months because apparently it’s a common issue and it took a couple weeks to get our new part. Salesman told us they guarantee production, which they don’t. Neither Titan nor the sales people are making this right when they claim guaranteed production in the beginning to get the sale.

Can’t get in touch with anyone once system is in place. Production has gone down after two months from 90 to 30 but they say system is ok!

All they does IS SCAM PEOPLE AND JOHN HENEAO SALES PERSON IS A BIG SCAMMER! I called three weeks ago as well to cancel they’re now saying they have no documention that I called to cancel and they have no email I can reach out to. No higher department nothing! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. John heneao STOLE OUR REBATE MONEY! The sales person does not answer calls text messages. Nothing! RUN RUN FAR AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Unsatisfied with business protocol, and service
From the initial start I was misled and given false information, I got my panels installed with a damaged roof, which I was not aware of until after a home inspection was completed and my roof did not pass structural damages. I was told I would receive a credit to go towards my panels and I was never eligible for this credit which meant my monthly payment increased to double the amount I was initially paying. I have been having trouble with the solar energy and receiving light bills from my electrical company Duke Energy. After reporting to the solar company, they brought to my attention my invertor was giving and error message and needed to be replaced. I am now playing a waiting game as to when I will have a new invertor because the Invertors are on back order and don't know when they will be back in stock to give me a date of service. In the meantime, they informed me that I am responsible for both the Solar panels bill and my electric bill while my panels are not working because of their equipment.

The salesman Danny approached our house with his proposal, which had an incentive of 3 thousand dollars after installing the panels. The process began and he was very attentive until the day they moved in. After this, waiting for the incentive of three thousand dollars, time passed and we called him and he made excuses about his private life, avoiding the topic. After this, he did not answer again and The money never arrived, the worst of all is that I referred my mother and she also did it with this unprofessional and fraudulent seller and neither house received the check, we tried to call the corporation and they do not respond, we will start legal procedures now that what was promised was put in the contract, if you are seeing this Do not put your solar panels with this company I regret it very much

Terrible service from the company Titan Solar Power FL, Inc. On the day of installation they left my shingles broken and others with unsealed holes. Now it turns out that I received a bill from the OUC electricity company for $511.39. I contacted the seller and his response was that the panels were turned off and stopped working since March 2023, meaning that the panels have not been working for almost six months. Who is responsible for the bill that I must pay to the electricity company? When do you give me a solution to my problem?

Reinstalation of panels, Superb experience with this team: Jean, Chris, Leo, Ydochi y Alfredo.

They are the Tampa Group 4 team from Titan Solar deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. Their professionalism and customer service is greatly appreciated.

They answered all my questions in regards to a better understanding on how to make better use of the panels and even gave me suggestions to take care of them.

They were on time, super professionals at all times!

We got solar from titan and it's not even a year, we received over $180 electric bill. We called titan to ask, and the person we spoke to told us that our panels stopped producing power and that it might be the inverter. He said, they gonna send someone to our house to get our panels checked. But we have to wait for 5 days to received a confirmation email, so then the job order can get into their system to send someone to our house and check our solar, and that it could take a month to get it done.
This is very upsetting. Like really, why you gonna let your customer hanging without power for a month? It's very bad business practice, very unprofessional of handling and fixing customer's problems.
Now, we gonna have two bills, until they come and fix our unit. This is unacceptable.

This qualification is based on the lousy after-sales service of Mr. Edwin Lozada, because the contract was for 20 panels and they only installed 19, I have tried to communicate with that Mr. And he ignores it, the saddest thing is that the invoice arrives for the 20 panels.

From the start (I can’t say to the finish because it’s still not on) which began with the installation in the first week of April 2023 and as of today (9/19/23) the solar power is STILL NOT ON. This has been the most frustrating and degrading experience I have EVER had with any business. They don’t return calls and have rescheduled multiple times to do more work. We have travelled twice to Florida to be there for them to work. The first time was a no show and the second time they still didn’t complete the job. I seriously have no idea when or even when they will complete the work. My advice to you would be to run, not walk, as far away from this company as you can. This has been the most God awful circus of clowns. Don’t even consider getting involved with this company.
