It was my first time selling and I did not know anything about real estate or how the selling process works. Betty Gonzalez was remarkable, she took time out of her day to sit down with me and she dropped all she was doing to explain to me step by step how everything works and a very detailed breakdown of the final settlement numbers. I sold a property along with family and used this same title company as the Buyer. Had bad experience with this closing firm company. They represented more the buyer then their seller and never kept the sellers updated. All they did was send emails and never returned calls. At the end, they rush to close ahead of closing date to help buyer and then they don’t pay up on time. They sent wire transferred to wrong name. This is a lawyer and she should proof read what her employees fill out, comes blame seller for there mistake and doesn’t apologies for it. Very unprofessional and I didn’t get paid after closing on properly for 4 days. I have personally sold multiple properties and never have i been treated so rudely by a closing company. I rate them a ONE

I think this firm is running without a lawyer as I asked to speak with her and the response: she is (always) on a conference call!
they did not know what they are doing, they got the money from my mortgage firm and refused to give me the key to the unit I purchased until they confirm with the seller if she got her money, but yet they have the money and the seller picked them not us, (so she is their client) if you want to give your money to them it is a waste.
