Rarely answer the phone, been trying to get a refund for about to be two years now. First title we did with them came quick but the second was a no show even when we paid more. Called and texted too many times and still no refund.

Placed an order for a title almost a year ago and the guy keeps giving excuses abt how he has heart problems or he’s having surgery and someone else will get it to me, I will be making a trip to this office coming up here soon as well as getting lawyers involved, and if it’s not believable enough I have screenshots of all the excuses I’ve been given and will have no problem posting them everywhere, as someone who has a large amount of followers on social media I am not afraid to expose these thief’s publicly

Paid the money in febuary of 22, finally got my title well worth the time and effort he spent!

They will take your money and not respond to you. It has been over the 90 day period. I have messaged them and called them multiple times to get some sort of update to no response, Do not recommend doing business with them.

You WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY! Son has been running the business and taking the $ and running. He is overseas now.

Paid for title April 2020.3 years 5 months later still nothing. Always some excuse and constantly told about what he’s done in the past. Hope to see a title soon but not counting on it.

If you love getting scammed this is the place for you. They'll take your money then never hear from them again. I paid $750 them in December 2022 today is August 2023, won't answer phone or text messages. I'll be making a trip to Florida soon to say hi

Mike will take your money and leave you hanging for several months. He will ignore phone calls and texts. Avoid this guy. Will remove feedback if he ever refunds me or responds.

Been waiting for 2 1/2 years for two titles, now, two years later in July 12,2023 nothing not even a phone call I do text him once a month just to bother him he told me last week he’s leaving August 15,2023 to the UK I asked him about a refund. He didn’t answer my question terrible business person. I’m sure he’s leaving the country with millions.

Wish I could leave zero stars. 24 months after paying the expedited fee, no titles for 2 cars and out about $900. Constant excuses about Covid, so I went with another company and got the titles in 4 weeks. Good luck getting a refund.

I have used this company a few times for jetskis, each time everything went smoothly and promptly with the expedited time within 45 days back 2015-2018.i have even referred people to him.well the last person i referred told me i will not work with them based on their reviews.so i took a look at their reviews myself & i was in total shock.seems as though they are having a problem getting titles and not answering calls or emails.if i had to do it over again i dont think i would based on many peoples same issues with this company. I HOPE YOU GUYS TITLE KINGS GETS IT TOGETHER.

Same issue that others have. Paid 3 years ago, stayed patient, they refused to answer phone, finally came through with a temporary tag from Vermont but never gave me the paperwork to get a real tag, when I called Vermont they said I have to drive there to get a tag. My original paperwork title was historical and came with a metal motor tag and they never gave it back and I still have no tag. We went to their location, it was a house and they said they won't be giving us a tag. Find someone else.
