Was taken within a reasonable amount of time. Saw Rebecca Fagan and was impressed with her knowledge and the time she took to explain my issue.

The whole team was on point. Made our visit very pleasant considering my son and I both have been under the weather for days. Highly recommend this particular urgent care!

Personal were very courteous instilled confidence in there desire to take care of my situation. The were very encouraging throughout both visits. Made it clear That I would be treated the if I had any more problems. They encouraged me to come back if there was any doubt.

My PCP left the area and so i decided to try out My first experience as a patient at MedFast. Lori and Richard were just amazing, very professional, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns prior to seeing the practitioner. Rebecca was very thorough and answered my questions and concerns regarding my current health issues. She was prompt to respond when one of my medications ended up having an adverse reaction and called a new prescription into the pharmacy.
I would recommend Medfast Urgent Care not just because it was fast and convenient but the entire process from start to finish was just phenomenal and the display of friendliness and compassion each staff member showed was truly what made the experience unique.

I went for pain because my PCP is booked solid for the next forever and for the first time in a decade I can walk around without extreme pain. I am very grateful to the NP that was there and will be following up with my PCP about what we talked about 100%. The care here was above and beyond.

I had absolutely phenomenal service here this afternoon. The aprn I spoke with was professional and accommodating to my individual medical needs. He did an awesome job using reflective listening skills as the most effective way to communicate with his patients. Both receptionists were polite and helpful. They gave easy to understand instructions for a first time patient to sign up. The time it took from the time I entered to the time treatment was completed was no more than 30 min (which I find to be a very reasonable time to sign up and obtain treatment) although I did have a referral from the department of veterans affairs ahead of time (oh and another plus is that they accept referrals from the va for urgent outpatient cases). The facility was probably the cleanest I have ever seen in any urgent care setting. This place sets the gold standard for which all medical facilities should follow when it comes to medical care, customer service skills, timeliness, and oh course cleanliness. I will highly recommend medfast in Titusville to my friends and family for any urgent medical needs. Thank you for the awesome care! -Zoey

This place is great. I was lucky and there was no wait. Everyone was friendly and professional. They fixed me right up. Way better than the ER and cheaper.

The staff here work tirelessly to ensure the public is taken care of. Throughout covid these employees and public healthcare workers sacrificed time with their families and put themselves on the frontline. The medical assistants and physicians give 110% when working with patients and customers. Shauna and Harry work at this location and they were both professional and caring. This Medfast location is the best in Brevard, don’t forget to thank your frontline healthcare workers!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Front desk personnel personable and efficient. Nurse Practitioner did a thorough exam and prescriptions were transmitted to my pharmacy electronically.

Normally I would give 5 stars for all but I came in for chest pains and I was told I had to sign a consent form and I could be seen immediately. Well I had time to fill out all of the paperwork and watch everyone in the front off nursing staff and front office workers talk while I cried and held my chest. The person who drove me asked how long it would be because I was going to go somewhere else due to lack of sense of urgency. The front desk worker ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT MY INSURANCE CARD. I’m having chest pains the last thing I want to do is look up my insurance and she told me she couldn’t look it up which is incorrect because I’ve done medical insurance billing and medical front office work. They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for making eye contact with me visibly in distress and carrying on talking loud enough I know everyone’s business. I finally told them I was leaving because obviously no one cared about what was happening to me and then people from the back came out to see what was going on and there was all of a sudden a room ready…. The experience however in the back when I was seen was superb. Incredible bedside manner from adriane and the other nurse who’s name I cannot remember. I eventually saw the nurse practitioner whom I found to be extremely professional, thorough, provided me information, and I felt better walking out of the door. I will NEVER go to that urgent care again because had I been having an actual heart attack I would have died before I made it back to see the doctor.

I don't know if you called the gentleman a nurse practitioner or a physician's assistant but the one who is stationed at the medifast at Target in Titusville in my opinion not only was I treated with disrespect but I was not ask any of the correct questions. I knew going in that I quite possibly had covid however I went in because my kidneys were hurting me a lot and I have diabetes I basically had two pieces of paper shoved at me and told me to go home for 10 days take some Tylenol and be happy I was not asking about my kidneys or where the pain was or what my other symptoms were I was summarily dismissed

I have been here several times and have never encountered any difficulties. Efficient, caring and thorough which truly helped keep anxiety levels down in a stressful situation.

We had a great experience with our 4yr old and the woman nurse practitioner here. Surprising so good with young children. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly. I end up going there twice and both doctors really took their time to help me feel better. I didn't feel rushed.

I went in for a COVID test. The CNA or whatever did the nasal swabs and said someone would be in in to tell me the results in about 15 minutes. After about an hour I opened the door and started asking if they forgot me. I felt really bad and was tired of waiting in their very uncomfortable little room. Soon the same rule CNA came back and I asked him when someone was going to give me the results. He said you just have to sit down and wait. I told him I was tired of sitting and waiting. Just tell me the results so I can leave. He said you can sit down and wait or just leave. Finally a NP came in and gave me the results and I left. I think the whole thing showed a total lack of respect for me as a person. It will be my last visit to medifast. I don't recommend them.
