T.J. Maxx, Boynton Beach FL

I just left Tj maxx with my husband, it was 7: 50 when one of the employees kept following my husband peeking around isles as if she suspected something. MORE LIKE RACIAL PROFILING!
They turned off the lights 5 minutes before close and began to be rude to us as we were already walking to the register. I understand closing is at 8 I worked in retail too however turning of lights in store while customers are still in there is liability. I will never come to this tjmaxx again.

Great friendly service. The lady in the jewelry department was especially nice. Great prices on much needed items and I believe Monday is Seniors day with an additional 10% off.

I love shopping here. We alway look forward to coming here. Like any department store - it’s always hit or miss when visiting the store. I either find that one great find - or go home with the entire store! The staff are pleasant which I value quite a bit. The jewelry department could use some improvements. They can get way too many customers all waiting for single sales rep and it is not fun to just stand and wait.

The store was so over crowded with merchandise that some aisles were totally blocked at one end and so narrow that it made for a very unpleasant shopping experience and that other shoppers were annoyed as well. No stars this visit but gave one in order to share my experience.

One of the smaller TJ Maxx locations in the area. I have trouble finding things I like here. I tend to have more success at locations in bigger cities like Boca Raton and Delray Beach.

Had the worst experience there. A woman named Theresa that is in the jewelry section has no manners. I gave her cash in her hands after she rang everything up.she had the audacity to drop the cash on the counter in front of my face while my hand was wide open waiting for the cash to be given back to me in hand. Not only that she saw me struggle to pick the coins Up and didn’t offer help. In the beginning when I came in and I was looking at the jewelry there she said hi, hello etc.to many other people except for me which was rude. Never again will I return there.

The store was very neat and organized and they had everything I needed and more. And the cashier was very nice and carried herself in a way that showed she really enjoyed her job. This is my favorite TJ Maxx in the area!

It's kind of small but I was impressed that I found the sizes all in the right spots! Their Clearance section was large and reasonably priced!
The shoe lady was moving shoes from one area to the other and literally took one after another pair from the shelf I was trying on. I ended up leaving section I was so frustrated.
Jewelry lady was rude. I found a box set that someone stole something out of, took it to the counter and she didn't even respond. She wasn't helping anyone either. Actually she barely acknowledged me and didn't come take it from the counter.
I don't like being negative, apologies. The Cashier was so kind and helpful when I went to try and find a larger size shoe because I was rushed out of that Dept, lol!

I aways find special items like jewelry, hand bags and decorative items for the house at very reasonable prices.

This TJMaxx is so much worse than their average store. Dirty, unkept, not pleasant to be in. The merchandise is damaged and stained, and never placed on propely size-marked hangers. The fitting rooms are filthy, floors have dust balls and trash all over. The employees are indifferent on their good day, plain rude on the usual one. I don't know how this location stays afloat.

They have great prices on a variety of goods. They don't always have the same items. So if you see something you like, buy it that day!

Allways busy customers are crazy. The woman at the jewelry counter said to me did I get a number I reached over to get one and this crazy lady changed at me and freaked out when I took the number first. I was waiting their for a while before she even came over. Otherwise everything is nice. The store is clean and organized.

We r from NC & we have stopped in this particular store twice today. Every time checkout lines r crazy. 6 registers only 2 open lines crazy backed up

I like this store, you can find everything for everybody, I found my beautiful perfum here in good price. I ShareThis message with Friends and family. Enjoy.

I love TJMaxx! Sometimes you find some really nice treasures at great prices, for example: my daughter has been wanting a Jojo Siwa bow and I got so excited when we saw them at TJMaxx for $5.99 a bow! So when she wants a new bow.now I know where to them without having to pay an arm and a leg! The only thing I miss from TJMaxx is when they used to offer layaway! I wish they would still offer that, that option was really good for parents who have to live on a budget!
