T.J. Maxx, St. Petersburg FL

Went into this location and was not greeted at the jewelry counter, after watching two employees talking at the counter. One lady walked off and the other one went back behind the jewelry counter and started putting jewelry away, yet still not saying a work I walked around the counter looking at all the jewelry and wanted to purchase one of the gold chains but wanted to take a look at it first. The blonde headed lady with a green shirt and black skirt still never said a word to me and another lady that asked up and she offered to assist. The lady continue to ask about a watch and some other accessories in the case which the clerk assisted and again looked at me and never acknowledge me not once. And this is the first TJ Maxx that I’ve had this bad experience in I just felt you needed to know because I’m pretty sure the location once all sales transactions not only the ones that the representatives take their initiative to help they feel like it. I will never shop at that TJ Maxx again and if anyone asked me about that TJ Maxx I’m a tell them that they will need to shop there either. Very poor customer service. I’m not sure if you count the door swings or the traffic flow of your business however if you lose business based on employees not treating everyone equal meaning assisting Everyone your business is still at a loss.

Would've gotten 5 stars but your men's shirts are overpriced. Jeans - fine. Socks - perfect. Shorts - decent. Them shirts is off the meter frfr! Cool associates tho!

I was impressed with their covid-19 measures. The team is attentive and helpful. I especially like to find great deals on the food seasonings and housewares.

Still not letting people try clothes on in the store, absolutely ridiculous.
So they can take them to their possibly disgusting, germ filled house and bring them back to the store? What sense does that make?

TJ Maxx and Shopkicks need to learn communication. They never give the walk in kicks. Not sure which side the problem is on but it deters me from shopping at TJ Maxx

I love T. J. MAXX stores Great products for great prices. The issue I had with this particular store was the customer service.

Wait at register line was unacceptable
Tables around store with product were close leaving not enough space to shop with out being on top of other customers not safe will not be going back to store for a long time

I have been shopping here for 20 years. The best place to find a wide assortment of name brand, good quality handbags, totes and luggage at unheard of low prices. Super customer service and the quickest checkout imaginable. Also, the best
$. 99 reusable LARGE shopping totes to be found!

Once again this is my daughter taking my phone going to TJ Maxx but I have been there in the past my shopping there when my kids were younger great bargain school clothes and towels oh my God they have the best towels

This TJMaxx always has nice things in stock. Employees seem to try to shelves full. Men's XL shirts seem to be low most of the time. But overall probably best TJMaxx in South Pinellas County

Gotta love a place where they sell decent quality clothes at discounted prices! This store is smaller, more walkable, with good variety, good parking, friendly staff, great silver jewelry selection, quick checkout.

I had a great experience shopping at this T. J Maxx. Even though it was right before close the workers were still kind to me.

Lots of name brand bags at great prices. Their clothing selection for women is quite large, however, not so much for men. I also love shopping here because they carry home decor at reasonable prices.

Great store, but I find this particular location doesn't have much of a kids clothes section. It's got baby/toddler and junior but for bigger kids they don't have much of a selection at all.

By all means and hands down my favorite department store. They have everything from clothes to food. All higher end at lower end prices.
