2I can't say enough good things about Omega Roofing Repair Service. Their dedication to excellence truly shone during my recent roofing replacement. Their project manager, Jane, was communicative and flexible throughout the process, working within my budget and timeline. Saturday came, and so did my stunning new roof courtesy of Omega.
Poor customer experience. I called and asked them to come provide a quote to replace the wood siding on my home and they wanted to charge me $70 just to quote the job. I had already called 2 other companies and they are both quoting for free. Disappointed in this experience, especially since I’m making a point to reach out to local business vs submitting a lead request on a major remodeling website or contract for hire website where they charge the contractors for leads. SMH
