A few weeks ago I was getting a new AC unit installed and the technician who is installing it or the installer had issues with the wiring and asked me to get an electrician in to get that fixed. I called a few electricians in the area and John Pfeiffer from TLC from TLC responded immediately, not only he not only that not only he responded immediately, but help me save a bunch, save a bunch of money and time by guiding me and the technician for appropriate resolution on installation for this air conditioning unit. After the installer did his own research, he came back to me saying open. “ tell your electrician that he was correct and I apologize your electrician John from TLC was correct. I had a great experience with TLC and we appreciate all the help and their expertise. I highly recommend TLC for any electrical needs.

If a company wants to succeed the owner should be present in the everyday business not only once a week if that. And he should most definitely treat his employees with better respect when they are the ones trying to run his business without him!
