50 minutes late and did not call I chose to cancel because I don't want my babies with someone that irresponsible or unprofessional

My dog is way more pics excited to go to daycare than any other activity/food/etc. Great for grooming too. And a very friendly staff!

We just had our first at home grooming with Ray he was very courteous and did a great job. Booking through the app was easy and I received a quick reply. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful and I will continue to use them in the future.

Had an appointment.they sent someone with not a valid driver’s license, To groom my dog.guard at the gate wouldn’t let them in. Not the way to run a business.not happy. I would not recommend them.

I only had a first experience good. Then I start getting phone calls that my cat is aggressive (I warned them) and they have to charge me more. Groomers don’t speak English at all and it was hard to communicate, they cut off my cat’s whiskers! I was so upset. After 4 more “services” I gave up. No one was friendly anymore, I had to pay more. I found a great grooming salon, very reasonable price, great customer service and nobody ever complained about my baby being aggressive. They love him. TLC lost me and couple of my friends (their customers) for many reasons

If i could give 0 stars I would for how unprofessional the owner is. I booked a mobile service, first of all the girl showed up and asked where the parking was, I told her that she can park on the side of the road where other mobile dog groomers have done before or there is a parking garage. I said to her “ can you do this in a garage” she was very confident and said yes. Maybe it was a language barrier. She pulled into the garage and proceeded to a parking spot in the back, the garage has different height levels and as she pulled forward her vent on top of the van clipped the metal piping in the garage and it ripped it off the van. The nice maintence man in my building helped her pick it up and she put it in the front seat. I told her we can do this another day and it’s ok. She said “no, i’ll just pull over there”. She pulled over to the other spot and proceeded on to the bath and nail clipping for my dog. My dog was already visibly upset, not an apology or anything.the bath was ok, it took about 20 minutes and it’s pretty visible she skipped a few nails while “cutting them”. At night I received a call from the owner who was practically saying how her employee said I told her to park there and insinuating it was my fault. When I clearly asked her if she can do this in a garage and she said yes! Maybe they should hire individuals who drive the van to know the height of the van and make sure they are capable of driving it before they send them out. The owner went on to say that now they cannot use the van tomorrow.once again making it seem like it was my fault, I am the CUSTOMER, not the EMPLOYEE. No apology from the owner for this embarrassing act from her employee. Very very unprofessional.

They were good until they weren’t. I’ve been to them a couple of times the first was perfect the second they did a good job grooming my dogs but they tried to up the price after they had already gave a quote before hand. That was ok I’ve been trying to schedule for a week now they gave me an appointment date then pushed it back the next day. They then pushed that appointment back to another day and later time I asked how much would it be they took 2 days to reply and to confirm my appointment date. After they gave me my quote and appointment time and I confirmed I received another message apologizing for them sending the wrong quote and it’s more than expected. The price is honestly not the problem. I’m just over this company

TLC does a wonderful job of communicating and has a great variety of services for dog and cat grooming. They have both in store and mobile services which is so convenient for busy people.
The groomer we had was very nice and gentle and did a wonderful job grooming both our dog and cat who had never been groomed before.
We look forward to using them again very soon!

I started off boarding my two dogs, Coco and Kali. I immediately loved TLC Pet Services when I saw how happy my dogs were going and coming home. I trusted them to do a two week dog training with my younger dog, Kali. Kali is a changed dog. She was very stubborn and hyper but now she is calm and listening to commands like heal, focus, leave it, etc. So grateful I came across this business.

They are the worst, didn't arrive on time, the cut was a joke, the dog smells the same, they priced like I am a celebrity and if you don't pay cash (to avoid taxes obviously) thet charge you a crazy fee in the card, so they force you to get cash.

Great service! They did both my little yorkies, super fast and they look super cute, and even did a teeth cleaning on both!

Very rude staff. Horrible service. The lady that answers the phone has a very rude attitude. They also didn’t show up to several appointments I made with them.

We got our dogs groomed by the mobile groomers and one of our dogs came back with a severe limp. The groomer didn't say a thing when we asked what happened, he just drove off. We called the company to let them know and they said they would pay for the vet visit, but only if we would take the dog to "their" vet. They also insisted that it was just a cut nail quick, even when I told them it was much more sever than that. When we called them back to ask for their vet's info, TLC never picked up (I'm pretty sure they were ignoring our calls). I even texted the number I had been communicating with all day- radio silence.
We ended up having to take the dog to our vet and paying the bill. Our vet said that our dog had severe swelling in her ankle joint caused by someone pulling it roughly, as well as a sprained upper leg.

It's been 2 walks and our dog is still limping, but at least she's doing better. We're still sad though that our dog had to go through this experience and frustrated by the lack of any sort of help received from the company.

I got my cat showered around 1 month ago and I specified that the cat needed a flea bath and it was the only reason I was even paying for the groom. My cat came back smelling good and all but the groomer said she did not have any tics and that was weird to me because I know she had. I ended up brushing her right when she got home from the bath and took off 3 tics instantly. They were very much alive as well, so what is the whole flea bath for? It was very disappointing knowing that I payed nearly $100 and the cat was not even brushed.

It was our puppy’s 1st grooming and TLC did a fantastic job! We will definitely continue to use them for our dog’s grooming

Very professional groomers. I called one morning, they had availability that afternoon and they came to the marina where I stayed. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) came and collected Oliver and put him in the van where she did the grooming service on the spot. After 1 hour, she called and walked out to me where I was overly impressed, excited and thankful for Oliver's hair cut. Thank you TLC Pets. Great work. Will recommend and use in the future.

Diana is and will be Maxy’s groomer. I had an issue with Max and was apprehensive, but after seeing how well Diana took care of Maxy I was beyond pleased. TLC Pet care Services is super. You need great grooming try TLC Pet care services.
