TNJ Bounce House, Jacksonville FL

I just want to share my most recent experience with TnJ Bounce House. I reserved a combo package that included a snow cone machine, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, 2 6in tables and 12 chairs, with the 3 in 1 bounce house. They came 15min prior to the 2p asked arrival time, which was AMAZING, they guys were so nice and respectful! Ive dealt with them a few times a while back, and wont be using anyone else! Thanks TnJ

Called to reserve a bounce house for my sons party. Man on the phone was extremely rude and acted like he doesn’t want any business. Didn’t even ask what bounce house I was interested in. Unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere!

Worst customer service ever.let me start by saying I have been using this company for over 6 years with no issues until now. I called to reserve a bounce house for my son's 6th birthday party James the owner is who I spoke to I was told he was busy and didn't have time to book the reservation but advised me a deposit was required he said to call him back and pay the deposit I did so several times everytime I called he was busy and rude said he would call back a few times to no avail. I've never had so many problems trying to give someone money in my life. Needless to say it's the day before my son's birthday and I had to find another company to get a bounce house from. I've spent several hundreds of dollars with this company over the years and I'm appalled at the way this company treats it's loyal customers and won't be booking anything from them ever again.keep in mind I've been trying to book this for 2 weeks.very unprofessional

LOVE this company! The entire family is beyond nice, professional and accommodating! We have used since TNJ every year for my sons birthdays since 2017 and we will continue to use only them until the end of time. I honestly could never say enough great things about this company and family! And I will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet until I can’t speak anymore!

From the start to end- everything was truly great! TNJ Bounce House provided wonderful customer service on the phone & in person. Would definitely recommend and use again for future events. Thanks again for everything!

We will use them again and again, we needed a delivery on a Sunday for our Pastor Appreciation cook out, they called us the Friday before to confirm the information, delivered it right on time, they were courteous, professional, and very Friendly. All of the members of our church will be using them in the future. Thanks TNJ Bounce house for making our afternoon so much fun.

First off this business is VERY REASONABLY PRICED. The best prices in the entire city of Jacksonville. TNJ saved my daughter party 2 days before hand. I called them on Thursday because another company called me to cancel my reservation due to them double booking. The woman at TNJ who answered was very understanding and did everything she could to make sure my daughter party was a success. We did a party package. It came with a bounce house, cotton candy machine, icee machine, popcorn machine, 2 tables and 12 chairs popcorn bags, popcorn, icee cups and flavor at a very affordable price. The gentlemen who set the party up gave clear directions on how to use each machine. I highly recommend this business. The only recommendation I have is the male who sometimes answers the phone.
