I’m an alligator hunting guide who has clients come in from all over the world. My season is very limited and my clients book over a year out. On more than one occasion this season, I’ve had minor needs for my boat, the parts and service guys at Toho marine have kept me on the water with happy clients! Steve and the others in the parts and service departments have gone above and beyond for me! Thanks guys!

No matter what boat brand u buy it’s only as good as the place you but it from. Toho has been top level in customer service with my boat buying experience. I started my experience in July, I wanted to have my Skeeter boat built and I spoke with David. Well unfortunately Skeeter was not building 2023 boat’s anymore bc the 2024 models would be dropping in a couple months. David called me back and told me this I was quite disappointed bc I knew what I wanted.

David did not try and sell me a different brand or a different model no he found me the boat I wanted. I told David how I wanted my boat set up and what I wanted rigged on it. No questions asked he said no problem let’s get this done. He sent me pictures of when it arrived at their shop and they did a thorough inspection of the boat.

The financing process through their financing group was the easiest experience I have ever in my life experienced.

David kept me up to date on the install of all the equipment on the boat and sent me pictures through the process he was very concerned about making sure I was happy.

In August I picked my boat up. Some stuff I had wanted on my boat was taking awhile to arrive and David said he would let me know when everything gets in and I could bring the boat back to be installed.

So I had my boat for two weeks and I love it, I was out on Lake Kissimmee on a Friday morning and one of my graphs would not turn on and my FFS and 360 would not work. I called David needless to say I was not happy. David put me on the phone with the person who rigged my boat. I told him what was going on. He said I am coming to you on the water and I will see what’s wrong.

Him and another rigger came out to Kissimmee got on my boat in the water and tried to fix my issues. It ended up being a Minn Kota problem. I then took my boat immediately to Toho which was an hour away.

Steve from service took my boat in right away and asked what all needed done no questions asked. I picked my boat up yesterday and I am extremely happy with Toho marine.

Toho Marine and their staff are top tier. If you are in the market for a boat give them a look. David, Steve and my rigger (forgive me I forgot his name.) are some of the best people I have had the chance to deal with when it comes to buying a boat and much less anything else these days. This is my second boat I have bought in 4 years and my first experience was horrendous. But I can tell you I will continue to use Toho for maintenance and anything else I need in the future. Big thanks to the Toho Marine team.

UPDATE — TOHO MARINE came thru… they saw the FB review and review (s) and called and decided to pay for the battery we had already purchased ($101). Thanks for stepping up!

purchased a $30K used bass boat from Toho Marine on May 31. Went to go fishing early this am and it wouldn’t start… tried multiple times to charge and have figured out I need a new battery. Called Toho Marine & Outdoors and told them I had a bad battery that wouldn’t charge and they said “I’m sorry”. That’s it. Sooo less than 6 weeks usage and I have to go purchase a $200’ish battery. I‘ve not hit any large waves as was suggested during the phone call and have only used my boat maybe five times. I guess it’s on the customer to request ALL NEW BATTERIES even though Toho Marine said they checked them. It wouldn’t bother me to spend $200 if I’d had my boat a bit longer but c’mon I’ve barely used it! Shame on you Toho Marine & Outdoors! We’ll be sure to let others know to beware.

Well.what can I say about Toho marine? Exceptional! Bought a Vexus bass boat from Jeff who was able to make great things happen! Received 2 more years on the mercury and 1000 cash back! I will be back to get another one! There inventory and service department are incredibly well orchestrated. Call Jeff and get your dreams started!

It's been a while since I had my boat serviced here, but these guys truly know how to repair an outboard. I usually do most of my own maintenance, but I was stuck on a problem I simply could not figure out. Although it took a couple weeks for my appointment to come up (because they're so busy), they absolutely nailed the repair and my boat has been running great since! When I can't fix it myself, Toho is my backup plan!

Jeff was great he talked to us about several of their used boats. No pressure just told us what he knew about them and found out what he didn't. When we finally decided on one he took it out checked it over. The day of purchase they had everything read and made simple they even took us out on the water and showed us how to work everything. If they go to this much work for a used boat customer can't imagine how the handle a new boat purchase. Highly recommend them.

If you're thinking about buying a new boat there are a lot of things to consider. Price usually is the 1st thing and then we work down a list of priorities.through the years I've found customer service is more important then all of the other priorities. I bought my new Skeeter FXR from Toho Marine, great boat but like all of them you can still have an issue. I found myself launching in the water and no power at the switch.everything seemed normal but wouldn't crank. I sent a text to David just in case his experience might help my situation. To my surprise at 7am David called and walked through things to try and help me, although we didn't fix it that morning the next day everyone at Toho Marine was there to help, I just can't say enough about this extraordinary group of people. John and Steve at the service desk are on things and David was there to greet me and Dustin made very short work of eliminating issues and 30 minutes later we where ready to go. Thanks everyone for all the help thru the years!

Ordered a new Caymas CX21 Pro. David made everything go well on transaction. When boat came in, there were issues with Mercury Trim motor and then the ghost trolling motor, no fault of Toho Marine. David and owner Joe have worked diligently to get the parts and get me back on the water. I would highly recommend them for your new boat
