Nice spa. Nice equipment. Got the pedicure but felt rushed through, my feet wasn’t in the water 11 seconds before I was told to pull them out… overall mediocre experience! Price was $35 for about 15 minutes worth

Kimchi. Go see her! She did an amazing job on my nails, I’m posting this picture 30 days after my manicure and the only reason I’m taking them off is because they’ve gotten so long! They hadn’t lifted from my nails at all & I’m sanitizing all day working in healthcare. Not to mention she has an amazing personality that will keep you entertained throughout your appointment. Thanks Kimchi!

My go to place and person! Brian is the most talented nail artist and always takes his time to make sure my nails are perfect. They last over a month and I always get compliments everywhere I go! I highly recommend!

I have been going to Toi Spa West Davie for two years and always have a great experience. The location is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend Brian. He has a great talent for nail shaping and nail design.

Every time I come in I always feel welcomed! The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. I usually go to Brian and he always makes sure my nails look perfect! I trust him fully to make my design ideas come true:)

This place is a rip off. It’s way more expensive than other salons in the area and not as good. I don’t even know why I went more than once. To top it off, I had an appt with Brian and called several hours before to reschedule the appt and he texted me that he put a $50 “rescheduling” fee on my account for any future appointments! I’ll never go back. Don’t make the mistake of going here.

A wonderful experience. This is my first time at this Toi Spa location. Kimchi was great! She was very precise and asked questions on what I was looking for and also suggested a new color I haven’t tried before. Will definitely be back.

I had my nails done for a 2 weeks vacation, after 5 days one of the nails came off not to mention my pedicure got all wrinkled after I removed my tennis shoes & they were done the day before! I paid $110 plus tip! And I’m walking with this nails around Europe with one nail missing! AGAIN $110 plus tip! Totally “not” worth that $$…

I absolutely loved my nails after my appointment w/ Noemi, whom is awesome btw, and everyone has been noticing them and I've gotten so many compliments! Super happy!

I think I finally found my forever nail spot. Not only is it located less than 10mins from me, the experience with Lucy there has been great. I always get dip manicure with gel pedicure because I prefer to leave the salon with completed nails without having to wait for drying but that’s just my opinion. Online bookings aren’t always 100% so I like to call the store especially if I want to do designs or extra coatings just so there is enough time allotted for my appointment. Sometimes I just directly communicate with Lucy as well because she understands me (lol). The front receptionists are always so warm and welcoming even when I am rushing into my appointments. I love the peacefulness and the zen ambiance of this location. I think my all time favorite part is the massage chair. They’re actually really good. I am also a simple gal so I tend to stick to the same colors but when I am unsure Lucy tends to steer me in the right direction. I just did my bridal shower nails with her - the theme was Amalfi Coast and we did a lemon design. It was my first time doing a design and it came out beautiful! So many compliments.

I always see Lucy, she is so talented and efficient! Always precise and gentle. She gives me exactly what I ask for and takes my nails from scary to CUTE. I’m never sitting there for too long, she works quickly and even helps me decide on a design or color. Give her a raise. Leave her good tips! $$$

Not very happy with the service, no cuticle cutting and no scrubbing feet with pedicure
Next time will be better I guess, will schedule an earlier apt not at closing time

I have been going to this salon now for over year. Lucy does my nails she’s always so pleasant and quick to help me get the right color.my nails always look good when I sit back down after 2 weeks. I absolutely enjoy this salon there extremely friendly.

Found this place a few months back after my old nail tech and I broke up. Lucy is absolutely fantastic! She’s so detailed and an incredible designer, caters to all my nail shenanigans lol. I love me a perfectionist when it comes to nails. Will not trade her for anything in the world BOOK WITH LUCYYYY!

I have tried many nail techs at this spa. I have always had a great experience. My most recent experience was with Noemi. She’s is excellent! I gave her an idea and she’s exceeded my expectations.

Lucy is so sweet and always does an amazing job on my pedicures and manicures. Very skilled at what she does, I always have a pleasant experience, her customer service is unmatched.
