Had it not been for this last time- I would have stayed as a frequent customer. I called to make an appointment with one of the nail techs- Tiffany, however I was told she would be leaving and wouldn’t be there for the day I wanted so they gave me the option to come on the day which would be her last. I came in that day from a long day of traveling (one-to get my nails done, two- bid her farewell, and three- had intentions and sending her off with a nice tip for the great nails she’s done for me). Unfortunately, her last day would prove to be my last day in Toi Spa too because of the front desk, her treatment and the follow up. For one- I showed up 10 min before my scheduled appointment time. I waited OVER an hour before I was even pulled to sit in a chair to do my nails. I was lied to by Tyler- at the front desk, every 15 min telling me that Tiffany was finishing up with who she had in her chair. (if she told the truth and told me that Tiffany was just starting someone else at my scheduled appointment time and that it would be a long wait even though I had a “scheduled appointment” I could have canceled and not wasted my time. After I was brought back, the young woman who was sitting in Tiffany’s chair literally was only half way through. I decided to wrongfully bite my tongue and not complain or not waist anymore of my time and just leave. 30 min of sitting in the back on the pedicure chair- Tiffany finally came back and addressed her lateness for the appointment- to which I replied- did they overbook you on your last day because that’s not fair to you or your clients.she quickly did a polish change on my toes.and then went back to the young woman in her chair. Some other nail tech came back and said she was helping Tiffany and would do my nails and proceeded to remove the nail polish off my toes- someone I didn’t even have an appt with.i told her that was done. I was just waiting for my nails on my hands to be done. She left and never returned with no word or explanation. I finally sat in Tiffany’s chair and she hurriedly started my shellac manicure as the lights in the back shut off and a gentleman started sweeping.and then Tyler brought the keys back and said- “Tiffany can you lock up” to which Tiffany said can you wait a little and then started hurrying up on my nails even more. I was extremely uncomfortable and said you know what i don’t want the gel nails anymore.the store is closing, the front desk is telling you to lock up and (it wasn’t a thorough manicure and I don’t like someone rushing on my service as a paying customer). I told her to put a clear coat like last time when she took off the shellac. Tiffany instead did a clear gel shellac.which I was completely thrown off by. When I went back and forth with her she said let me talk to Tyler and see what she can do. I paid for the full service with the agreement that I would return on Tues (since mon was Memorial Day) to have the gel shellac redone at no charge.only for Tues to come around and then for Tyler to leave me a message stating that I would be charged 25 to have the manicure redone bc of the confusion.when I called Toi Spa- Tyler answered and after a long back and forth and her placing me on long holds to speak with the CEO Mindy.finally gave me the option to come in to redo them that day or wed.but after being treated so poorly I’ve decided to take my hard earned money and business to a place that knows how to make amends when they “f” up. Not to mention that I sent my fiancé there that same wk for a massage I nearly spent $200 on.and had further appointments for other beauty treatments. I told Tyler cancel them all. It’s not about the $ it’s about the treatment. Never mind that Toi Spa is a very nice location if you cannot do right by your customers then you are just a big shinny cash cow.this was obviously a situation gone wrong and in it they lost a high paying customer.but I hope it is teachable moment so other clients never go through that. The Best, Fran Marino is an amazing hair dresser great with color, cuts, hair extensions. The spa is always clean, the staff is friendly and always smiling. Is hard with my schedule to have the same operator to do my man and pedi so I go to who is available and ALL OF THEM ARE GREAT!

Love this place, don't bother going anywhere else! Staff is super friendly and Amy is the best!

I visited the plantation Toi Spa.beautiful ambiance and the Tech Joe was so nice and sweet.he works on your feet and hands with care, takes his time and does a beautiful work. Thank you so much. Definitely going back to the same person.and highly recommend:) happy hands and feet of a busy and tired mom of two little ones.

I have been coming here since it opened and I use Giselle for my mani-pedi's. She is wonderful, I have been a client of hers since before she worked at this spa. Also my experience at this spa has been great, so clean and quiet you feel truly pampered when you have any service done here, I will be trying the hair salon this weekend for the first time, hope I have a great experience on that side of the spa as well!

If you want to have a heavenly experience this is the place. Go and see Giselle Olivo she will take you there.

Every time I get excellent service here. It's my favorite place to go now for the past 2 years.

It's a expensive place $78 + tips for eyebrows and French acrilic manicure, the manicurist told me that she don't do designs but the manicure wasn't good either, service is good but for me quality is very important too.

I didn't like, compare with other better places it's expensive. Eye brows and french acrilic nails was 78 USD+ tips

Toi Spa is the best. I don’t even bother going anywhere else because I know I am getting a fair price for services! It’s always so clean and the ambiance is perfect! I look forward to my visits every 2 weeks:) Amy is awesome and really understands what I’m looking for when I can’t make a decision! Thank you Amy!

Wonderful staff, clean and very chic! I discovered Toi Plantation a year ago when I moved here and it’s been a wonderful experience every time I go. Elizabeth is the best nail and facial specialist, she has done miracles with my nails and her facials are superb! I love this place!

After a long and exhausting day at work I walked into Toi hoping for a quick little getaway. Although it was near to closing they accommodated me and Amy took her time to make me feel like a lady again. Thanks Amy!

This place phenomenal. Got a package for my gf's birthday and she loved it then they also fulfilled the special request I asked. Thanks so much to the excellent staff for making this day memorable. My only regret was that I was unable to tip the fantastic staff, but we will more than make up for it on our return. YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!
