16This is one of my favorite things to do when I just need a little treat that is not very expensive. For 39.00 I get an hour “foot massage” that includes a few minutes of upper back and neck and arms and hands. The clinicians ask if their pressure is ok and you can ask for more or less. I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed.
I have been coming to Tokyo for years. Once again, there has been a change in staff. Two of my favorite masseuse left. I decided to try someone new and requested 90 minutes in the side room. Upon arrival I was placed in the side room and Tony (new person) gave me massage. 60 mins into massage April (owner) came into room and asked me to get dressed and move to chairs for continuation of massage, because she over booked the room. I choose to decline her offer and ended the massage. It’s unfortunate April handled the situation the way she did. I have been a devoted consistent customer and always overtip by 30-40%. I will never go back.
Zeng gave me the best massage ever. For the price of 40$ plus tip you just can't beat it! I will be going back soon. I was in there over an hour. I chose package B.
This place is the definition of unprofessional. The self proclaimed "Owner" is extremely disrespectful and literally demands more money than is deserved for a tip. This profession is a part of the customer service industry and the level of customer service that is portrayed is an absolute disgrace.
Me and my bf started coming to this place a few months ago religiously and always talked good about their services to friends and family until we scheduled a reservation with them for 3 o'clock, walked in at 3: 06, never been a problem before, the receptionist was on the phone with a customer; When she finally acknowledged us, she tells us that she gave our reservation to someone else that came at 3 and that they're very busy and don't have anything till 7. She was being so rude and not understanding at all. Walk ins aren't accepted so how did you "give away" our reservation? ! Worst experience and customer service ever to someone that spends money weekly at your establishment!
Worst customer service. I go every week. Had scheduled appointment at 3pm. I showed 5 mins late. Owner said she gave our appointment away and told us to leave. And we WERE weekly customers. Owner didn’t care one bit or try to accommodate us or reschedule.
I want give 0 star. The worst massage I ever had. I wanted 1 hour massage, left after 25 m. The guy was horrible, like he had no clue how to do a massage. After complaining to the receptionist, she still charged me for 30 m. What a Bad customer service. I get massage here every month, always good. I shouldn’t be charged at all! I won’t return!
Visiting from NY. Relaxing experience, great price. Wish I knew about this sooner. Plan on going back next visit!

I was very happy with my massage but when I left I gave the girl $5.00 for my $35.00 massage.
She rudely told me it wasn't enough it should be $7.00.
I gave her another dollar which she snatched out of my hand.
I told her I don't have to leave anything but he was good.
My husband once fired a girl for complaining to a customer about her tip.
That girl made me not want to go back.

Great experience! I got a gift certificate from a student. It was totally amazing, very relaxing.
I had been to this place a few times in the last couple years and I really loved it. This time I took my husband as a surprise and even though we had great massages, I was very disappointed with the front desk person on the way out. After paying for the service, I had asked if I could get change for a 20. She right off looked annoyed that I asked for change and asked why I needed change (none of her business but I still answered). I didn’t have much cash on me so I gave her a $10 tip to split between both therapists, to which I was told I wasn’t allowed to because I picked option B massages and I was mandated to leave a $10 tip for each. I told her that the sign only “suggested” leaving a higher tip but I could only give so much because I needed the rest of the change. She again told me I had to leave $10 tips for each because otherwise people got upset. I explained that I couldn’t do it and she pointed to my purse and said “but I gave you change, you have to give the rest”. Even though I don’t have to give any tips, I still decide to when I can and it’s not her business to demand it. Unsure if I will go back as it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional and pushy.
Very relaxing massage, I love this place, I am never disappointed, everyone give very good massage, but Max is the best in my opinion. Everyone is very friendly and the place is very clean, the prices are very affordable, my favorite massage is option B (60 min, foot and back massage). They keep the room dark and a nice environment to sleep in.
