I stopped by to ask a couple of questions about the media apps in my car. I was helped by Donald Mooney - he went out of his way to assist me. Very courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. He recommended that we go to the service department and there I was helped by Chris Hume. Both were very helpful - thank you for the great service.

Test drove the ID. 4, nice ride. Solid car. The sales people are real, very nice and not pushy, which is appreciated. Go see the ID. 4 and ask for Todd, nice man to talk to. VW baby!

Friendly and very helpful! Was there for service but interacted with sales staff as well who were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle in Sales is absolutely fabulous! When I decide to purchase again, I will be seeing her!

Shopping around for a slightly used Mercedes or BMW and I stumbled in hoping to come across what I had in mind. Salesperson was not helpful at all. I'm not sure if he thought I was just window shopping or didn't fit the bill of a typical buyer? But barely asked me any questions, knew very little of their inventory and told us he was sorry but he was a little short staffed and left us after spending maybe 3 minutes with us. I would never recommend a place like this to anyone but this was just my experience.

I did find what I was looking for, it obviously wasn't here and coincidently it ended up being a BMW.

A tip for the salesperson, if they ever read this: ask some questions, get an idea of who your client is, what they want, their budget. Anything. And if you're short staffed at least make an effort into making them feel like clients are a priority.

Did never attend to listening to your ideas of kind of car would you like to drive and they prefer to trying to put you on something that you don't really want to be in and they're trying to sell it to you with the highest price in the highest interest and that is why I never attend to buy a car from Tom Bush Volkswagen because they have a weird attitude toward people especially when you look like an a teenager they think you don't know anything about cars buying a car or anything whatsoever and most of all that caused always end up having to have a lot of problem my car that I bought from Tom Bush the Volkswagen 2016 Passat it almost killed me and my wife why my wife was pregnant with my son the engine failed so they have to replace the entire thing and then now trying to charge me for their failures

It's a pleasure to have worked with such an honest salesman. Steve Garcia outdid himself and outdid all other salespeople in order to get me into an upgraded car at this time. I had no idea I would wind up with such a beautiful car as a VW Jetta.

There is a class action lawsuit against a lot of the BMW's. I will never buy another BMW! They refused to work with me on repairing my vehicle which had the timing chain guide brake causing major malfunction of the engine. They make sure they don't write it on paper. Do yourself a favor look into it before you buy a BMW.

Noel LaToure met us (my husband and I) as we entered the showroom, showed me what I was looking for, and answered my questions and provided explanations without being pushy. He was enjoyable to be with and seems to love his job! It is unusual to be able to get information from a salesperson without also being given the hard sell. I would definitely recommend Noel and Tom Bush Volkswagen.
