Tommy's Express Car Wash, Pinellas Park FL

Been to probably every drive thru car wash in st Pete and this probably takes the worst with what they have to offer. Nice staff.unfortunately the car wash it’s self isn’t the best

It may look nice and new but this is the worst carwash I’ve been to in pinellas. With so many other options, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The people that work there are very polite and courteous. They all wanted to help get my phone in tune so I could get my car done. The only thing that I would ask is they should have some things that you don't have to pay for to clean the inside of your car. The car wash itself was very good

Very nice clean car wash. But very aggressive wash. Lost my rear window wiper 3 times before they offered a wiper cover. Real damage to the wiper arm as well. Just cannot trust this car wash again.

Pinellas park damaged vehicle. Spoke to Alex day of said Mgr would call me. Spoke 4x to St. Julian who is very professional and polite said higher ranking Mgr would call. Called again Spoke to Steven (koozie) called 3xs for Amber the gm and left msg and called corporate who said they would email Amber and got no calls what so ever. The Largo location on Missouri had no issues at all.

Service is great! Everything is super clean! Trash cans stay emptied which keeps the bugs and smell away. I love that there is also one back home, having multiple locations is great!

Nice wash that lacks amenities.

This newly-built car wash looks nice, but sadly, I will probably never visit again.

First the good. The site is very spacious and open and the wash system seems to be unique in the area with a conveyor belt that pulls the car through. This should prevent worry about your rims getting scuffed up like a traditional rail could do. The staff I encountered were also very friendly.

Unfortunately, amenities is what this wash lacks compared to other washes in the area. These are amenities I’ve come to expect.
1. This wash doesn’t provide any towels for wiping down your car. The attendant told me that it is because their wash system leaves the car 85% dry. While it is true that my vehicle was pretty dry when it came out, you still need towels for places it missed and areas like the inside of door jambs, etc. Towels clearly help with places like wheels for getting that last bit of polish. So, you’ll have to bring your own.
2. There is no shade in the vacuum area. Yes, you must clean out the interior of your car in the blazing Florida sun.
3. The washes that I frequent most have been adding other nice features like vacuums with crevice tools, compressed air to blow dirt away from hard-to-reach areas and even complimentary glass cleaner. These amenities help me to better detail my car while at the wash. This wash doesn’t offer any of these.

So, in summary, you’re better off using almost any of the other many car washes in the area unless you’re looking for a quick wash you’re just going to drive away from. In this highly competitive market, I can’t see this location surviving unless these issues are addressed – fast!

The perfect car wash! I didn’t have to speak to anyone. I didn’t have to hand anyone some money. I just roll up and the see “approved” sign and in 3 minutes later I’m on my way! The only way this place could be more convenient is if they put wheels under it and rolled it to my house!

Don’t waste your time coming here, you have to pay for every little thing. Go across the street to Dans where they provide everything after the wash free
