I had my 2022 BMW 740 tinted at top line tints after speaking with the gentleman at the front desk he was very informative and changed my idea on what I thought I needed to be done. The tints came out perfect and I'm beyond satisfied.

Called Saturday for window tinting. They were able to get me in Monday and got it done quickly. Great price and really friendly.

Absolutely horrible! Got my truck tinted 2 months ago. They tell you it’s guaranteed as long as you have a receipt OR proof of purchase. Well the tint ripped from under the window so every time you put the window down it gets worse. Went in to ask them to fix it and they said we had to talk to the owner because I didn’t have my receipt. I do have my credit card statement (proof of purchase). Owner never called. Went back a week later and got the same answer…owner has to call me. After they realized that I was NOT happy the owner finally calls me and tells me he’s not going to fix it because I don’t have the receipt. Even though I have proof of purchase. When I tried to ask why they say “proof of purchase” when that’s obviously not true…he decided to get rude with me. I handed my husband the phone to speak with him because I refuse to talk to someone like that and as soon as my husband said hello he hung up on him. DO NOT USE THEM! I will see them soon in small claims court. Absolutely ridiculous! No customer service!

I did not say that this was my second car. It was first and last to bring to you to tint. And my husband already tried to speak with you and you hung up on him after he said hello. Just a suggestion but maybe you should tell your clients that they must have the receipt. Not receipt OR proof of purchase. Also…try getting a computer, like most businesses, to keep your clients history in it. Or buy, what we had in the past, a file cabinet.

Top line tint and audio did a great job on my wife’s explorer quick, hassle free and they stand behind their work. Highly suggested.

I wish I would of read the other reviews before I went here. After 2 months the tint started to come off. They won't guarantee thier work. I have my proof of purchase they still won't make it right. That just shows you they care more about the money then their customers. Stay away at all cost.

I was told they could tint all of the windows in my 2022 VW GTI, they couldn't. The first time they tinted the car, they did a terrible job. So bad that when I brought it in they re-tinted the car. They we unable to tint the front quarter windows and placed the tint on the outside of the window. When I picked up the car (the first time) they said they would cover the front quarter windows with black vinyl to match the rest of the tint. When I called back they refused to tint the front quarter windows as promised and told me it would cost $80.00. When I asked to speak with the owner; I never received a return contact. Had I known they were not able to tint my vehicle completely, I would have gone somewhere else. I'm still waiting for a response from the owner as my calls requesting to speak with him have gone unanswered.

Response: I was advised the quater windows were included, by two of your employees or else I would have gone to a different tint shop. Thanks for the lack of communication and trying to spin a positive review for terrible customer service and false promises to make a sale while not living up to your word.

Had my car tinted all around with a windshield strip. Went to pick up my car and every piece EXCEPT the rear windshield had to be replaced. 1/4”crease on the strip and all side windows had daylight showing through. Now it’s been a while and the WHOLE rear windshield is completely bubbled. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

This place was recommended to me. I went in on a Monday, spoke with a guy, talked over what I wanted with tinting along with his suggestions and comments. Asked about audio as well but they don’t do the audio since the only guy in the place just quit. I have to go to FtMyers for that. I scheduled the tint Tuesday, dropped the car off, rode my bicycle to work. When I got off work, I rode back and saw the car had not been done. When I went to ask and get the keys the place was closed. 45 minutes early to be exact as I found out the next day. Without a vehicle for that evening, I did not anticipate that, I had to change plans and ride my bicycle home. The next morning I got a ride to work, 7: 30 since I couldn’t get my car back. They don’t open till 9: 00. After work, I went back and they still had not done my car. I walked in and they didn’t even recognize me. I asked about my car. A lady stated, a storm had knocked out their computer Saturday and they lost information so they couldn’t contact me nor see what tint I had asked for. Unfortunately, that excuse didn’t apply to me because I came in Monday and the guy wrote down all my information. No call, no tint, had my car for 2 days, closed early, lost my information, I had to change my schedule for lack of transportation, my experience at this place was very bad. AND didn’t get anything done by them when they had my car for 2 days. I wound up going to CLEAR IMAGE just about 200 yards away. They scheduled me Tuesday but when I told them my experience at this place they squeezed me in right away. CLEAR IMAGE is the better choice and from the looks of it better reviews.

Do NOT use this company! I took my f150 to get wired up for sound I was charged $165 just for the incompetent employee to blow the fuse wire up the input box backwards and never grounded it neither! ! I was told by the employee that my box wasn’t working! So I paid to send the box back to get a brand new one I went to a different company that showed me exactly what this incompetent company did! When calling to have this company rectify the employee just hung up and when calling back he did not answer! Unprofessional and incompetent no customer service! Do not waist your money they will defraud you out of your money m, break your merchandise and still take your money and think it’s alright I call it stealing!

I took my work truck to them a few years ago and haven't used any one else since. Just brought my new truck to them looks great and actually heading back today to get the strip above my windshield

I dropped my car off at 9am for a 12pm appointment to have my speakers installed. I asked the receptionist if they were busy, and if possible to get it done earlier (I would pay extra $50). She laughed and said sometimes he doesn’t come in until 10: 30-11. I called at noon to see when my car will be ready, and she said he’s still not here. I then called at 2: 30 and she said he’s still not here. Laughing! They had my car all day and did nothing! I will never go to this place, nor recommend them to anyone!

Chris installed an aftermarket touchscreen audio and climate system (as well as a backup camera and three air vents) on my Maserati GT - and did a fantastic job! Care was taken with my vehicle - and the project was completed on-time and exactly as promised.

Will be returning for tint work. I had a great experience and feel as if you should also be able to trust your vehicle with this place.

Watch Netflix while you wait! Place did a great job on my 08 BMW 750LI A+ on my tint, and they did it quickly. I will be going back when I get my next car

Avoid this place at all cost! They cracked my dashboard into pieces and did nothing to correct the situation. The owner Naz is extremely rude and unprofessional! I wish I would have read the reviews before doing business here because everyone has the same things to say about him. They told me this is what happens with older cars and that they are not at fault. The only reason I chose this place is because everywhere else was booked solid and now I see why they had no business. They also charge $50 more than most places for a basic install.

Don’t go here they charge an arm and leg they give me one price and when I got there they sold me on the front windshield and charged me $200 extra without telling me almost $400 dollars on a truck which doesn’t have that many windows unreal! FYI the quality of work was great but the communication on the price was horrible

I took my honda fit for audio work. I spoke to Chris he was able to fit me in the same day. Extremely happy with the work and service provided. My car sound amazing and the work performed was excellent as well. They even wrapped my cables to insulate them from the chassis good work guys
