I have gone to this salon for many years. Once I was upset and decided to stop going there. I couldn't find a place with anyone as good as Nout. But this time the owner Brian went to far with his rude remarks and overcharging my daughter with a fill. Love Nout, but there is no way I will bring another dime to that place.

I have came here for years and never had an issue until today. I’ve never actually written a review before but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional, very rude. I would highly encourage you to go somewhere else.

This was the worst experience ever, I showed them a picture and they did the opposite and it turned out horrible I told them to take it off in the end. Please go anywhere else!

I've been coming here for years. I love the customer service from owners Brian and Lisa. Wouldn't get my nails done anywhere else.

I have gone to this place for many years and I must say I am very disappointed. Not only did they complain the entire time they switched the color from pink to yellow on my nails, they told me to just get a fill next time and to do gel. I AM SORRY, AM I NOT THE CUSTOMER AND IT SHOULD BE WHAT I WANT, right? I was injured about 6 times because they were to busy talking to each other and then on top, my nails look so horrible and I am so devasted. You lost my business. I won't be back

I haven't been here for a long time. The pedicure was good, but the refill was horrible. They were busy so my tech didn't want to replace the tips. So, he cut my nails down to my skin, shorter than what I wanted, and put acrylic on my natural nail. I was very dissatisfied. First visit in a long time.and last. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Amazing they do nails amazingly and just everything about the place is amazing. Hands down the best place to get you nails done!

Incredible service. I had a remarkable lady do a gel hot pink manicure overlay with sparkles and she worked on my nails I swear as if I was getting married the next day. She took her time, was very professional and informed me of my nail shape which was curled. So I learned something new and she did the best job I have ever gotten for a manicure in the five years I have lived in cape.

I have been to a good amount of nail salons and when I tell you this is a hidden gem.

Two of us wanderd in for Pedi's on a Saturday afternoon (One male, one female). Excellent pedis! We choose an upgraded service with leg exfoliation, leg and foot massages, plus my tech made my toe nails BEAUTIFUL! We are both Very Happy!

I am new to the area and was so impressed with the quality and the price of a gel polish pedicure. Tee did an awesome job and will be back.

This was my first time. I had Brian who is AMAZING! I read reviews on line to find them 100% what I found. Fun people and Brian is amazing! VERY detailed. He's the guy you want to tip big because you'll be back!

Nicole is amazing. She doesn't beat around the bush, gets right to my nails and they are beautiful everytime. She pays attention to my requests and is wonderful!
