Love they could use more help maybe but over all they give u great neck and back rub clean and just love it! Hard worker my mom showed me this place

The had me waiting for a long time, the nail burned my nail/finger with the machine and after leaving I realized my pinky nail is crooked and after only 1 week it looks way overgrown and chipped at the top and I can see the glue on the corners … for the price I paid it’s not worth it

It was good. The nail tech was good but hardly spoke to me. My daughter went too but she wasn't pleased.

Make sure you check the prices, pricing is extremely high.
Paid $58 for upgraded pedi (this did not include full paraffin) but, had to pay $20 dollars for gel. Extremely over priced. I won’t be back.

I just went in here for the first time to get a pedicure. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good nail salon I've been to several in this by far was the best!
Yan was amazing and even gave me a shoulder massage after! I will definitely be back!

Make sure u check the prices because their prices are extremely high now. I paid 145.00 for my gel nails and feet and eyebrows. I didn’t realize that if u want French polish that’s an extra 25.00 dollars and the nail tech did not tell me. It was awful and expensive. The nail tech was nice but she could’ve told me. The beverages and the massages are nice but beware! Everything comes at a cost. Eyebrows are now 15.00 dollars and I will not be returning. That’s way too much money.

Tech was friendly, but it took two hours to get a refill. Other workers were sitting around on their phone doing nothing. Respect your customers time please.

This is a wonderful place. The staff are very nice. They will ask friendly questions about your needs. And well done. Because they are professionals. Also ask if you want a drink, this is free. It's so good. I love it here very much.

By far the best pedicure I have ever received! She took her time and made sure my feet were scrubbed and smooth. I got the 2nd pedicure package and it was well worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was my first time at Top Nails Salon. I went based upon the reviews I saw online. I was not disappointed. The salon was very clean, large, and spacious. I was greeted at the door when I arrived and immediately was taken to the backroom for a face wax. Afterwards, I had a deluxe pedicure. The 10-minute leg massage was heavenly. My pampering ended with a shoulder, neck and back massage. I felt very relaxed when I left. My feet and face look great. I would highly recommend Iris and Amie!

Beyond satisfied with the service I received today. Got a mani and pedi and the technicians both had great attention to detail. I was offered something to drink and received a mini shoulder massage. My nails look fantastic and I was asked multiple times if I'm happy. Definitely recommend and I will be back

The nail technicians are experts in their craft. The attention they pay to detail is impressive! I had a gel pedicure and gel manicure. When services were completed, my nails looked beautiful. The spa is extremely clean, and they have a special duck system in the ceiling, which pulls out all the chemical smells! The atmosphere is very relaxing with the soothing music played throughout the spa! I highly recommend Top Nails & Spa!

I’ve never been so disrespected before for voicing my concerns. This was my first and last time coming to this salon. The lady who did my pedicure, I believe her name was Lily was so sweet and provided me the best pedicure by far. However when it was time for me to get my manicure the man was not welcoming. As I walked to his table, he didn’t greet me, had a serious face, but I was hoping for the best, so I just sat down and tried to make small talk. He was constantly rolling his eyes and mumbling things under his breath because I was pointing out things like he put my acrylic tips on crooked, and when I told him that if he could just please correct it, he seemed to be bothered by that. Then when he put the acrylic powder on, he was nowhere near my cuticles so my nails, kind a look like I had already had them for about two weeks. I had asked him if he didn’t mind putting more powder to fill it in and he continue to roll his eyes. After all the comments and eye rolls I had just had enough and I asked him to please remove the work he had already done so that I could just pay for my pedicure and leave. The level of uncomfortable that this man made me feel was outrageous.

I was very pleased with this nail salon until today. I had a very poor service experience. The technician who took care of me had a very negatively attitude when I told her that the color I had pick for my pedicure look very different from the samples I chose from, which she has already applied in some of my toe nails. In a rude manner she said I could pick another color and went away. After that the whole time I was there she seemed upset and rushed to finish the pedicure and manicure. Once she was done with the mani and ready for me to make the payment I had to ask her to please clean up my fingers, as they were full of nail polish and gel under the nails. This is very unfortunate, the staff of this nail salon is for the most part very friendly and work with client's needs but today was not the case.

Called on the phone and asked the price for a gel pedicure stated it was $30 after I was done getting my feet done. They charge me 60! Not worth it and totally lied to my face

My daughter who is 11 searched this place and informed me that children 12 and under pedi and manicure was 40 dollars has it states on their website. I called and made an appointment with them and informed them that my daughter is 11 and wanted a pedicure and manicure done for kids, they scheduled the appointment. I go there and they are asking what does she want done I stated the kids pedicure and manicure they tell me it's for kids 8 and under, I showed them their website which shows it for kids 12 and under and they tell me its incorrect amd they can't change it. I informed them it was false advertising, they didn't care nor would they honor what is on their website. The work done was pretty good but I was not even sure what the breakdown of what I paid for.
