Wonderful moving experience! The guys were quick and efficient and so kind! This is our second time using top notch movers and certainly not our last. You guys are the best!

Everything was fine until my $2k one wheel went missing and my WWII Japanese katana. I moved from a 500 sq ft 1-1 into a house, everything I owned was inside of their moving truck. The two movers stole it and when I called to complain they said because I didn’t have insurance on the move and I quote (no one gets insurance) they could not help me. These people are THEIVES. Reported to the better business bureau. Stay as far away as possible, absolute crooks.

Worse movers evers, besides scratching my new floor and breaking a bed corner, broke my El Dorado office desk, an expensive planter. Now they are stalling insurance claims for the damages. They took a long time sending only two people who then charge me extra hours instead of bringing three guys to begin with.

Do not use their services. Very sketchy. Lost 1/3 of all the goods I sent them and I would have to call them everyday for a month to try to sort it out. It still is not sorted out still. They also lie in the paperwork (please read anything you’re signing carefully). Not worth the trouble at all. Their system to determine what merchandise belongs to who in the trailer isn’t sound at all which is why they lose things. When they came to pick up my stuff (5 hours late btw) they were on the phone with another customer who’s couch they had lost. By all means. Seek help elsewhere.

Tavarus and yurik were fantastic. They worked very hard and efficiently and delivered everything we have in perfect condition. They were super nice and fun to work with as well. Moving can be a nuisance, but these two gentlemen from Top Notch Movers facilitated the process. We will definitely recommend this company
