They say it's the best place to work but it's not. They aren't for the employee at all.

I worked for Gale Insulation- Julie the manager has her husband working there under her, her husband was arrested because he walked in and saw another male employee on their knees, Julie hired a female installer but she isn’t allowed to work with Julie’s husband. The office manager is easiest and says to the black employees your people and ask if their ghosts were black. We had 1 employee smoking pot in the DOT truck and nothing happened to him he still works and drives DOT truck. They don’t maintain their trucks employees drive with no ac and they don’t fix it but their company trucks have ac, call corporate to report them and they are on the management side. So if your looking for a job with drama there you go but if you want a career that’s not the place. Julie made 1 lady wait over a year to fix her shower because she didn’t like the lady.

Not a good place to work for. Lots of nepotism and illegal stuff going on.

These folks operate under a large umbrella of different names from local contractors such as Gale Contractor Services in Upstate South Carolina, to Truteam, and then Topbuild. The customer service is terrible regardless of the name.
