29Questioning the wait, is it to funnel you into the bar to drink/eat? Good time once the hour wait was up and we got to the bay. Service was good. Few accuracy issues with the ball tracking. 200$ visit for party of 3.
Such a fun family place! Food and drinks are also good! We are booking it for bday party and really excited as they do a great job planning and hosting!
We had sooooooo much fun with our first trip to Top Golf! I was thinking the experience was going to be super intimidating and that I wasn’t going to want to try but I did and I played the whole time! We took our 4 kids and they had a blast as well! We love that T-Mobil motivated us to get out there and try this place out. The customer service was great with everyone we came in contact with and the chips and salsa were we also liked the option to play different types of games to switch things up.
As always had a great time here. Niko our waiter was great, awesome customer service. Thank you for a great time with my family.
They closed today due to Elsa and did not notify people with reservations. So we drove an hour for nothing.
Great time…3 games, 3 rounds of a tequila sun rise, 6 shots of 1800 tequila, n 3 draft beers plus 2 orders of lemon pepper wings n 1 order of fries…equal 189. Tax included…go sis u won’t regret it
I don’t play Golf but visiting this place for second time. It’s such an amazing place to have fun with family and friends. Very relaxed and experience was super cool.
Excellent staffing and service. Eric was outstanding in taking care of us and setting up for the game. Private bay and well maintained social distancing between bays.
Food and drinks are amazing. No complaints. If you’re visiting Friday, Saturday and Sunday make an online reservation before you go or if you walk-in on weekends it will be easy 2hour wait time.
Definitely come back!
Have come here multiple times since it opened. A great place to come hang and eat some of the best food in the Tampa area.
I last came for The Office Trivia night andet me tell you, WOW. What a turn out. They went above and beyond with decorations and it was so crowded but ran so efficiently. Food and drinks were prompt and the trivia was a blast. I was surprised at how busy it was and how efficient the trivia room still ran. Whoever put that event together did an amazing job. They even had office themed drinks for us.
Highly suggest this place. Their Facebook page always posts different trivia nights too if you’re into that stuff!
We had a really great experience today at TopGolf Tampa. I have never been treated so well at a place of business. Everyone was very attentive, from the waiter at the restaurant (Austin), to the waitress at our bay, to the manager (Tim). Although it was busy and there was a wait, they made sure we were well taken care of. We are excited to come back and highly recommend going here for a date!
It took use 2 hours to get there and had to wait 3 hours.we ran up to dave and busters and did not jear my phone.they texted me and 5 min later they canceled my box time. I showed up 5 mins later and they said we have to wait 2 more hours.will mever go back again.
I went to top golf with my family in hopes to redeem a gift card I purchased for my husband for Valentine’s Day. UNFORTUNATELY we needed to approach the operations manager, Mo, to help us figure out how to pull up the gift card. He told us that we had a fraudulent gift card and without the gift card number (which we needed his help finding) he couldn’t do anything for us. He then made a slick remark that maybe it was “already redeemed. ” We continued to search our emails until we finally figured it out, without the help of Mo. Mo sent us back in line for another 2 hr wait after already spending 45 minutes with him. Very disappointed that an “operations manager” couldn’t even help with finding a gift card. Corporate should really look into re-training.
Absolutely terrible service. We were told 30 min to an hour wait for a bay. Took an hour and a half. We sat and waited at the bar. The bartenders were not attentive. When we finally got to a bay, a waitress came, took one of our parties order then ran off. Never came back until we flagged down someone to go find her. Took forever to get our drinks. Will not be coming back to this location.
*Update, finally recieved my silverware 30 minutes after I received my food.
Food was great. Cobb salad was excellent. Server super friendly and sincere. Went to Top golf in Cincinnati and had same experience. Everyone in group had a nice time. Will return.
First time, didnt know it existed, went with co workers for christmas funtime, had fun, would have preffered to receive meals more timely, wait staff wasnt attentive enough, took a longgggg time to clear tables, other than that it was good vibes, i would visit there again, i will just make sure i eat first, ohhh the food was good, had their wings 3 different ways, each was delicious.
Had a great time. Food was good. Came without reservations, only had to wait 40 minutes. That isn't bad for just showing up. Bring your own clubs if you want to. Fun place for kids and adults
I've been waiting to go to TopGolf for years. Tonight I went with my wife and her two friends. I will never go back. I made reservations online for 9PM which I assumed was the actual payment for the bay. WRONG. It was $50 JUST TO RESERVE IT! Oh, BTW, we didn't get our bay until 9: 25! Then we had to pay another $50 for the bay itself. It took an 40 minutes to get waters at our table, and another 25 to get food. They never brought the appetizers and our food was cold. The manager did come out and apologize and offer to pay for the food which was very nice. However, almost everyone that we interacted with, who worked there, treated us like complete idiots. No one showed us how to use the bay, apparently you have to pay another $5 for each player for a daily membership? What a rip off. This place was packed, so you're telling me that if I wanted to save the $50 reservation fee, I should just show up and in an hour or two maybe i'll get a bay? Never again
Came by the Tampa location for some fun with friends and family. First, the location was out of chicken fingers, Burgers and the big ribs. Location overall was clean and the range was well taken care of. Only a few balls didn't register which wasn't a big deal, easily fixed. Overall good location right off 75 just south of I4. Please get the food issue fixed and you would be a top location!
Spent $300 dollars here for absolutely horrible service. Then our golf ended, maybe one or two minutes after I was literally finishing my beer at our bay, and they were already kicking us out. I will never go back here. Spend all the money in the world and they still wont take care of their guests.
Tried to reserve a bay for a bachelorette party a week before, but was unable to. When I called, they told me I couldn't reserve a bay because of all the other corporate parties they were having but told me that it would not be a problem at all for a walk in & would also be able to get the VIP package, but then when we did that, it was over a 2 hour wait. So ridiculous that just because there is company parties that the regular public can't reserve a bay. This is my first experience with top golf & I'm not sure if I will ever go back.
Horrible customer service for online gift card sales. You can't get anyone on the phone, it's all automated. They ask for you patience and say sorry for the inconvenience. That you won't get a refund if you don't receive your package. What company does that? Very disappointed.
