Topline Insurance, Deerfield Beach FL

First of all, I was never notified of my policy renewal. Then my policy was canceled due to non payment. Then 5 days later, I received an email saying if I wanted to be reinstated to call them. After a long hold, I left my number to be called back. After 2 days and no callback, I found another policy. My recommendation is to find another company that provides customer service! This place has NONE.

Topline was acting as the carrier for my flood insurance provider, Wright Flood Insurance. I heard absolutely nothing from either party about the status of my insurance until one day when I received a random email saying that my insurance was cancelled due to lack of payment (which was also escrowed). I reached out to them, my mortgage holder, and the provider and after 2.5 hours on the phone was told not only was there nothing that they could (aka WOULD) do, but the provider they were carrying offered 0 days of grace, and would have to rewrite my policy as it had already been cancelled.

My biggest concerns with this are:
1) Topline clearly had no understanding of the requirements of the insurers they were carrying
2) They had absolutely no stake, or frankly interest, in generating a favorable outcome for their customer
3) They failed to communicate any issues, as the carrier, with my insurance payment even though they had all my up to date contact information and could have reached out to me via multiple paths at any time.

I had a wonderful experience with Connie. She offered me a reasonable quote and ensured my new policy was in place with my mortgage company. I really appreciate all of her help …

Called to speak to Connie. Exchanged a few words, then I couldn't hear her or she couldn’t hear me…. She hung up. I called back twice and she didn't answer. The third time she sent me to voicemail. Disconnects and bad connections happen but I left a brief message with what type of insurance I was looking for with my contact info. She never called. Reading through these reviews it seems this group of brokers don’t value new customers. Plenty of brokers out there … skip this agency.

Anytime I call topline and speak with Yadira she is able to get me the best possible insurance at a lower rate then I was paying for. Definitely give them a chance!

They never found the time to finish a quote. Kept me waiting though, acting like one was coming. After three attempts. Move on

Got a scam call from them today. I do not have Top Line Ins, and they called me telling me my policy is canceling and to call them for my options. Dirty and unethical way to do sales. I will be calling the FL dept of Insurance.

One of the worst companies I have ever spoken to. The agent, Boris Rodriguez, was unable to answer very basic questions regarding roof requirements, stating "I don't have to answer any of your questions. I don't have a product for you. " I would steer clear of this company and of this agent in particular. Don't say you weren't warned. I wish I could put 0 stars.

Connie Ferretti did an amazing job at finding me an affordable homeowners policy that met the requirements my lender required. She’s quick with responses and super friendly during each interaction. She made sure I was covered when FedNat cancelled thousands of homeowners policies here in Florida. I am so grateful for her work!

After a very rough day of shopping around for homeowner's insurance and being denied left and right due to the 13 year age of our roof (which still has 7 years left on the warranty), Connie was a delight to deal with. Connie Feretti helped us with our quote. She was not only diligent but was obviously working FOR us. She’s super sweet to deal with as a bonus! Our quote from her was $2000 dollars less than one company and $4000 less than another (that we had been customers of for more than a decade).
