I absolutely love this place because of Trent. His hair cutting experience, attention to detail, and amazing conversation skills makes this such an enjoyable experience. He’s really communicative when it comes to finding out what you want, and will really talk you through the entire hair cut, making sure it’s exactly what you want. I was super scared to trust someone new with my hair, but Trent made that trusting really easy. Overall would definitely recommend this place!

Went to the salon on the recommendation of a friend who thought since stylist has dark hair she would know what to do with getting highlights for mine. Got a fantastic cut and continued seeing her every three/four months and she finally gave me highlights which after a few tries was exactly the color I wanted. Started doing my roots with her too. I was never told upfront how much I would be charged but paid them what they asked at the end of each service. It was established (in my mind after going there nearly two years) that a hair cut and root touch up would amount to $120. Break down was $80 for roots and $40 for hair cut. So when I went in November for just a root touch up - She colored over my highlights. At the time I asked she stop and she simply said I would like the results. I paid for those highlights and was very disappointed to see they were gone!
At the end of the service I expressed my disappointment (with no apology). I didn’t think to look at the bill. It turned out she charged me $120 for roots! I called/msged her and she said she would do a refund and I should come and pick it up - I asked if they could just send me a check or use one of the apps Venmo or Cashapp and she said they do not. Since it was a very busy time for me - I asked if that could be applied toward my next visit. She agreed and promised she would. When I did decide I needed a haircut I called to make an appointment and enquired how much she would charge for just the hair cut she stated the prices had gone up and she would cut my hair for $55 asked her if the money she owed me would apply (even sent a screen shot of our msgs) - she didn’t say but said she would msg the appointment date. She did msg and asked I come in one morning. I asked again about the refund amount and she ignored the question. Needless to say I didn’t go in as I was reluctant to find out what atrocious amount I would be charged and end up paying more than what I was owed. I am also disappointed that my highlights are gone with no apology or an effort to make it right. Clearly, She is talented and does a fantastic job but she never really paid attention to what I wanted, or listened as a good stylist should.

Candace is the best! I've gotten my hair done by her for the last 17 years! She's extremely professional and has an amazing personality! I would recommend Candace and any of the stylists on any day.

I would not recommend this salon at all. The staff is unprofessional and can't give an accurate wait time for the life of them. Also it does not look clean. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.

My son was very happy with the haircut he got here. Very friendly staff and no wait time when we were there.

I didn't have an appointment, walked right in and was greeted by everyone. Everyone was very nice and happy. My haircut was done perfectly, got some good advice. Very happy with the entire experience.

Trent was absolutely amazing and worth every minute driving all the way across town! He was so sweet and did EXACTLY what I asked for! My sons hair is perfect

I had the privilege of having my hair cut by Candy. The price was great as well as the professional and prompt service. I would definitely use her again.

I was really upset when I got my haircut here since the hairstylist didn't properly look at my reference pictures and cut my hair multiple inches shorter than I wanted without asking me. It honestly looked so bad that I sobbed in my car. However, I'm giving some stars because another hair stylist in the salon was incredibly nice and offered to do anything I wanted to my hair a month later (after my hair had grown some) for free to make up for it. I couldn't take her up on her offer because I didn't want her to have to take responsibility for something she didn't do and, I assume, not be paid for my hair appointment since it would be free. I couldn't bear the thought of her losing money despite not doing anything wrong, but I appreciated the offer.
