Alex said he could repair both my software problem and keyboard. He did neither! He made my keyboard worse and when I went back in he got belligerent that there is nothing wrong with his repairs that he did not do!

Reliable, honest, fair, above all experienced. Great prices too. The guys were able to quickly determine my problems and solutions that fit in my budget. I have a Wacom Cintiq 22HD; it's imperative to my work flow, and also about 8 years old. The display blew about a week ago, which is common for these drawing tablets, and I had no idea what I was going to do; a new one runs about $2,000. My brother was able to diagnose the problem by watching some YouTube videos, and purchased the display board parts I needed online for about $20. Then, we took the screen and parts to TopQualityFix, who replaced them in a few hours, and then.voila! My Cintiq was totally fixed for less than $150 total!

Brought my MacBook here since the Apple is store closed. They were very professional and honest and fixed my computer in 1 day for a very reasonable price. There is no need to ever go back to the Apple store. I will come here for all of my phone and computer repairs.

My laptop wouldn't turn on and I started panicking because I use my laptop for my business. Although I do backups it still a pain to download all my info to a new computer. This is the worst place ever please they gave my phone back broken the screen was not on right you can see right thru the screen and I paid 200 for the phone and the case. Bad business and very rude they are not top quality! Bad Quality do not go there with your phone.
