Tops Vacuum and Sewing Expert Sewing Center reviews
8Melinda and Dorothy are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Bought 3 machines here this year. Great prices. Love this place!
Was told when I purchased my Brother Sewing and Embroidery machine from them that regular yearly service was free while I owned the machine if I brought back to them. I was charged $149 + tax. $161.00 is certainly not FREE. I was stunned when I went to pick up my machine. They only told me I was misinformed when I purchased. Not happy!
Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable patient and experienced staff. Lots of selection of fabrics and notions and machines for all levels of sewing. The classes are amazing and Dorothy is one of the most knowledgeable and patient teachers.
Was looking to buy a new sewing machine. Staff struggled to explain the basics of the machine. Ended up going somewhere else.
Dorothy was a huge help and set us up with exactly what we needed. I highly recommend them for any sewing needs!
Excellent service on my Pfaff serger. Speedy turn-around with detailed cleaning and service. Thank you, David and Ricardo!
All staff were knowledgable and friendly. Thanks to all!
I brought in a potted motor armature in May or June of 2022 to see if a replacement could be found. It's now Feb 2023 and I never heard a word about my part. Tried to call and ask for an update (I would REALLY like to use my machine). An employee picked up the phone, put me on hold, picked up the phone again, put me on hold again, then picked up the phone and hung up on me. So, I went in the next day (Sat) and asked for my part to be returned to me. Spoke with an older lady who managed to make a lot of excuses (she's part time, she doesn't do the repairs, the snowbird repair guy isn't in, etc) and an older gentleman who also had excuses (the guy who took the part isn't there anymore, blah, blah, blah).
They have no idea where my part is and I have zero reason to believe they'll even bother to look for it or contact me.
Not impressed with a single thing about this shop.
