My wife and I turned over our beloved 1957 Mercedes Benz 190SL roadster to Torque Classic Cars a short time ago. We picked it up today. Wow! What a fantastic transformation of the fuel and carburetor system! The car has NEVER driven this smoothly at all speeds and no more stalls or bucking in the 25-40 MPH range. Just pre-COVID I had the pleasure of meeting Ruben Navarro at Torque Classic Cars facility to view a 63 Corvette, part of his inventory. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Ruben couldn’t have been more accommodating touring us through the various departments, meticulous throughout. Not knowing whether I was just another tire kicker, Ruben took the car out of storage put it up on a lift and had one of his mechanics go over the details of the car with me. I have since purchased that vehicle, and had Ruben’s paint shop do a repair and paint to a fender, matching paint perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the job and the overall experience. It is my pleasure to recommend Ruben & his shop for any of your collector car needs.

In early March I flew from Seattle to Florida to test drive this 280sl. I met Ruben and many of his team. I was very impressed with their operation. Their shop was spotless and well organized.
I fell in love with the car, commited to buy and flew home. Our plan was to fly back and finalize the deal but COVID changed that. Ruben and I communicated a great deal over the next couple months. I really came to like him and trust him. I took a leap of faith, sent him the money and he delivered our baby.
I had it completely inspected at Seattle Mercedes Benz. They were very impressed with the car. They told me that whoever worked on the car really knew what they were doing. They were very thorough and cut no corners. Not only does she look fantastic but runs so true and strong.

Took my car in and got amazing customer service. Placed looked amazing, well kept, and employees very friendly and easy to communicate with. If your looking for a place that is reliable and will have your car ready in a timely manner I definitely recommend this giving them a call.

I brought my 1967 Mustang to Ruben in a state of disarray and in desperate need of repair. The hood was not seated correctly, it needed paint, my transmission needed rebuilt, a new battery, new shocks, fluids. I think I also brought it in without any gas. I’m honestly very meticulous and particular especially and I can say with great praise that Ruben and his team exceeded all expectations. Ruben kept me informed along the way, stuck to the budget we discussed, went above and beyond and met me after hours to pick it up. VERY TRUSTWORTHY and reliable. I look forward to stopping by from time to time to see what he’s working on. This man is an artist.

I have never seen such beautiful work and such an immaculate shop! Ruben is a delightful person with whom to conduct business and a top-notch restorer. He has searched and found an original part for my car that was quite difficult to locate! The transport that picks up my car and returns it is very impressive with air-conditioning in the trailer to protect the cars. I wish there were a way to give more than five stars! My 87 911 kept stalling when it would reach running temperature, they diagnosed it and replace 2 senosor (buy the flywheel) and a relay, on top of that the left my engine looking like new, pulled out the engine out and made sure to check for any parts that could possibly fail in the future, cleaned up the wiring, cleand up the parts and replace everything old and brittle. I couldn't be happier withthe results.
