I had such a wonderful experience at this location. They have an amazing selection and the Manger, Amber, was phenomenal! She was so helpful and very sweet! Definitely will be shopping at this location from now on! Thank you again Amber for all your help and making me feel more confident!

Wonderful nice staff very nice. Helped me find the perfect dress for a wedding I'm going to. They made sure I got to return the online order and replace it with my new items and still keep my 40% off. Amazing staff

First time shopping at Torrid. Such an amazing experience. Not just because of the products and sizes in the store but the employees were phenomenal! They were wonderfully friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't rave enough about my shopping experience! Corporate: pay attention to the staff at this store!

Great location and super clean and stocked store.
Amber (sales manager) is the absolute most wonderful representative of inclusive shopping. Shopping for clothes can be particularly stressful for me and her upbeat and friendly demeanor started us off on the perfect foot. I told her I was shopping for interview wear and not only did she hype me up for finding the perfect look but she also hyped me up about my interview. I tried on a ton of clothes and purchased almost everything I tried on. This literally never happens. The difference was that I had a caring person helping me that was vested in my success. To say that's uncommon for just a random shopping experience is an absolute understatement. Thank you Amber.

Unhelpful after buying with Torrid cash. Couldn't exchange a full price, with tag and receipt, blouse. Found a replacement shirt exact same price (to the penny) to exchange it.
They said no, I had to return the original blouse, get back after torrid cash deduction then purchase the other, oh and if I spent another little bit apply more torrid cash. So instead of an even exchange, I would have to spend more money and use more torrid cash. Even when the exchange would be for exactly to the penny item for item. And all they will tell me is "it's different". Unhelpful.

Friendly staff. Staff helped find item I was searching for and pick correct size. Very good quality clothing.

Nice selection of clothing. Store was a little messy. Sales staff was too preoccupied on the phone to acknowledge me or help. Why is there only one employee on a Saturday?

AMAZINGA CUSTOMER SERVICE! This store is clean, and the customer service is amazing! Corporate had my information completely ridiculously wrong. The representative at this location would not let me leave until it was corrected, she wanted to make sure I got my rewards! And she made it happen. I usually don't use my card, but I will be shopping much more, just because of the outstanding service at THIS location! THANK YOU!
