Ginny was our service technician and she did a great job! She was very personable and answered all of my questions. When she went on the roof to check our unit, which was fine, she alerted me to a neighbors unit that was making a lot of noise and to let them know they were having issues. She didn’t have to do that but she did, which makes me think she is a dedicated employee! I will definitely be requesting Ginny for my next follow up apt!

I wanted to compliment one of your employees: Patrick, for the very complete and thorough maintenance service he performed at my home. I have had many, many maintenance calls for my air conditioning systems over the years and none have ever been anywhere near as professional, comprehensive as the service provided by Patrick.very impress with his technical experience/knowledge.

The installation took a couple of weeks due to Corona and the responsiveness of the manufacturer. Totally not the fault of Total Air. They informed me continuously about the status. I've been having some electrical issues and they came out instantly to make sure that the system wasn't responsible and are the only ones who are actually responding to my issues. This is a really good company and I'm happy that they are so caring and concerned.

I had written a long responses to my maintenance call and somehow lost it. So, I'm not retyping it. My tech today was Dylan Schmidt, who is a very good tech. I never had a bad experience with your techs. CGM set the standard. All good/great techs preform the same on average. Do your job/know your job. Thank you for the service.

Total Air Solutions had been maintaining our A/C for many years at our home in South Tampa. The office staff are courteous and easy to deal with. So it was a no brainer to continue service with them when we moved. James, the technician who usually comes out, is punctual, professional and meticulous in everything he does - and just a great person overall. We are really pleased with Total Air!

Tech, Patrick and his crew had a challenging task to repair our AC unit in that they were replacing a leaking Microchannel, OEM condensing coil with a fin and tube coil from a coil manufacturer. They were able to install the new coils and the system performs better then the original coil.

Total Air Solutions provided great service during our HVAC failure which occurred after hours. A special shout out to technician Alexander who displayed impeccable customer service, provided immediate assessment and then developed a prompt and flexible repair schedule.

A technician named Dylan came to our door, EXACTLY on time, following the covid 19 mandates by wearing a mask. He was extremely thorough and did a maintenance check on our AC. When he realized we didn't have filters, he left for Lowes and returned shortly, and installed them. He was particularly pleasant and polite during the time he was here. Even our lab Jesse liked him-and you can always trust a lab!

Total Air repaired our AC a few weeks ago. The service was fast and saved us from roasting! We now have a service contract with them (which is why Dylan was here) so that they will fully check our AC unit twice a year.

Our technician, Will, went over and above the call to help us out! He was efficient, thorough, cleanly, very polite & helpful. We have found Total Air Solutions to always be very responsive whether it's an emergency or our regular service. We have always had a good experience with this company and all their techs and staff! As luck would have it, our air conditioner went out over a weekend. I received a response within a few minutes after contacting Total Air. I explained what was going on at which point, they said they would dispatch an on-call technician. Alex arrived at our home within 30 minutes and jumped right in to start investigating / diagnosing the issue. Luckily, it was only the capacitor and he replaced it in no time. I asked him to also look at our smaller AC unit as it had some issues several months earlier. He very quickly noticed the 2-stage compressor was not wired correctly therefore only operating at half of it's capacity. He re-wired this unit very quickly and I could tell immediately it was running the way it should be. Lastly, I asked him to check the air handlers since he was there. Both were running fine but the coils were surprisingly quite filthy. He cleaned the coils in no time and everything was complete.

What an awesome experience! I truly wish I would have reached out to Total Air Solutions years ago when we started having issues with our AC units. Needless to say, they will now be the company that takes care of our AC system moving forward.

Will is the best! He always explains exactly what he does for us and lets us know what he sees going on and how to best take care of our units.

I’ve gotten great service with total air solutions. I’ve had my ac maintenance done and they were able to install a part the same day at a lower cost than what another big name A. C company wanted to charge, quickly and had my system working better than ever.

James is always professional, through and courteous on his maintenance and service calls. He explains the problems and repair recommendations or needs. TAS is always quick to respond, on time, and calls in advance of arrival.

Our 5 ton unit went out and Total Air Solutions was at our house the day we called. There was a test and we did have a failed compressor. I was given a number of options and chose a Carrier Performance 16 Seer. It was installed on schedule the same week. Working great. Its January, but reached the mid-80s today. Kudos to the sales force (Matt B) and the install team (Alex +) We have two more 3 tonners - we know who to call.
