Josh Wogen came and looked at our system, made recommendations and gave us a quote. In spite of everything that is going on they gave us a very acceptable service date. Corey and Jeff did NOT show up on time, THEY WERE EARLY! They both seem to have a very strong work ethic, as there was no messing around, they both went right to work. They stayed in our extremely hot attic all day, no complaining and no whining. When they finished the system looked and worked better than when it was first installed. The work they performed was very professionally done, clean and presentable. I can't recommend them highly enough, and my wife is much cooler now. Happy Wife, Happy Life!

We are existing Total Comfort customers and cannot thank them enough for the excellent customer service we received! We were having condensation problems with our air handler, so we called Total Comfort’s customer service line, and they were right out that same day. Come to find out we needed a new air handler, but the good news was it was covered under our warrantee and was replaced at no cost to us. We would like to thank Total Comfort’s operations manager Josh Wogen who resolved our problem by staying in contact with us, getting us a new replacement unit from the manufacturer, and coordinating the install! In addition, we would like to thank the all-star installation techs Corey and Bill, who did fantastic job replacing the unit! I can’t say enough about how great they work as a team, their knowledge, and their professionalism! It is so nice to see that there is still a company out there that stands by their products, whereas, other companies that disappear after the sale is done! If you are in the market for a new air conditioning system, or just need an existing system repaired, I would highly recommend using Total Comfort, they are the best!

From start to finish they went above and beyond. From Pat helping us with what was needed in our home, to Cory and Bill installing it in this 100 degree heat. Very professional and prompt.

Sam has been here twice on installs. The first install, air handler/condenser he was by himself. He did a fantastic job!
This is his second install, air handler/condenser and he had a helper Jeff. They both once again did a fantastic job. On time careful with property and cleaned up.
I would recommend them to anybody.

Total Comfort Cooling & Heating did an amazing job of replacing our AC system three days ago. Josh, the advisor, was very professional and prompt in giving a fair estimate. He is very knowledgeable and clarified all our questions and concerns. He was also very kind to install a rescue motor for our old unit so that we had AC running until the new unit was installed. We are highly impressed by the installers Sam and Corey. They are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. One of our rooms had been warmer/colder than usual for a very long time. Though we had other AC technicians look at it before, nobody could resolve the issue. Sam immediately identified the problem. The supply and return vents had wrong registers- the return register was in supply vent and vice versa. A problem that was bothering us for the last seventeen years was fixed in five minutes! We are very pleased with our experience.

The install technician, Sam Guffey was very professional and installed the indoor and outdoor unit with Mike, in less than one day. They were very good to deal with and would highly recommend them for replacing your unit. Mine was 17 years old.
