Roof Replacement, Window Hoods, Window Shutters Replacement, Lounge Room Ceiling repairs and Light Replacement. We were completely satisfied with all work carried out on our property.all tradesmen were of the best quality, all acted with total professionalism. The Total Construction were the best company we have ever had dealings with. Mr. Matthew Ryan was our main man on the job, he was the one we had the most contact with and we were completely satisfied with his attitude, his knowledge, his availability and his advice in any situation.
Based on our experience with them, we would happily recommend them, also all the tradesman who worked on our property.

I work for MR David for 2 years at first he started paying me well but in the end he owes me $20k he doesn't answer the cell neither he or his wife them stole my money

I need to revamp my office, after seeing their ad I gave them a call. They were quick to pick up my call and send the workers next day. Project was completed within 25 days. I really like their work, will definitely recommend it.

I Claimed insurance and I was dreading how long roof repairs would take. They had everything organized and it was fully completed in no time. All the men were very friendly and I was informed if every step getting done. I would definitely recommend "Total Construction of Florida" company to anyone.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Below is a list of everything that went wrong with this company plus photos:

-Multiple no call, no show.
-David Hoeven hires the cheapest labor with no regards to experience.
-Poor quality work. Messy work.
-Renovated bathroom tiles cracked a week after install due to poor installation. David took no responsibility and we had to rebuy tiles. 2nd installation was also poorly done. As you can see in photo, tiles around drain are lifting and grout is gone (not even a month after it was done). Now we are gonna have to pay someone else to fix the mess that this company made.
-They took a whole year to complete the jobs (new metal roof, 1 bathroom renovation, interior doors and baseboard installation, and interior painting). David was quick to pick up checks but hard to get a hold off when things weren't properly done and needed to be fixed.
-Multiple "supervisors" went through this project. David would hire people with no experience to "supervise".
-Antique furniture pieces dragged/not covered when painting. One piece of furniture was stained with white paint. 2 mid-century furniture pieces have loose legs due to dragging.
-Roof was left uncovered for weeks. It was so bad that when inspector came by, it did not pass inspection because the felt was left uncovered for so long that it had discolorations from exposure to elements.

I can go on and on. The incidents are endless. Please stay away from this company. They are the worst. You are better off hiring the workers directly. We thought hiring a GC would make things a little easier for us, since I had just had shoulder surgery but it was the worst decision ever. I was so stressed out during the whole process. Not worth it at all. At one point my husband and I thought we were in one of those prank tv shows. We could not believe how David runs his company.

We were hired by this company to do plumbing work on a property. Six months ago we passed an inspection and they still haven't paid us. Now they want to change the plumbing contractor in town and give the job to another company so they don't have to pay us for our work. We went to their office at the address that is registered and they told me that it is in another Building and they did not give me any other answer. At the property I met the owner of the house and she told me that they had told her that they sent me the payment by Fedex, but I have never received it. They previously told me that they were going to send it to me for Zelle but neither. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON SWINDLER COMPANIES LIKE THIS.

I am a Subcontractor I did a work for this company in the Florida keys about 3 months ago and I didn't receive my last payment very very unprofessional company they dont pay the bill I spoke with other subcontractors and he has the same problem I been calling David the Owner and the company no body answer I file a complaint on the DBPR

Communication was very quick, and despite the delayed beginning imposed by the city, you got the work done on time. You have all produced a significant contribution to what could have been an incredibly stressful method. Thank you.

I got my master bathroom redesigned by these guys. And to my amaze they removed the useless garden bath, a shower and substituted a big walk-in shower, and a dressing room for us, even though we sit on the concrete slab. They carried the work with utmost professionalism and were fast and tidy. Complete respect for the great teamwork. Thank You!
