Thomas and Michael helped me through my purchase of a Les Paul and a Martin acoustic guitar, both of them set up my guitars to my exact desired specs immediately and were very attentive. I will be going back with each guitar and seeing when I want adjustments made after playing.

Their prices are impossible to beat and the owner is a veteran who works with veterans.

Would give 6 stars if there was an option.

I called to have a lyre held for my son's upcoming event. I told them my name and I'd pick it up after work, since it was the last one left. Instead, they sold it to someone else! When I called to voice my issue, whomever I spoke to said he was sorry and that was my prerogative to go somewhere else. That's the thanks I get for shopping local. They just lost my business and everyone else I come into contact with (which is a lot of people in my profession). If you say you will hold it, you should do so. Bad business practice and very unprofessional. It is a shame small businesses are closing due to places like amazon, but this is a prime example why.

What a nice music store! Great service. Forget GC, product selection is far better here. Bought an envelope filter pedal for 50 bucks less than in Finland. That's where I live. I'll check the store again while visiting next time in Daytona Beach. Just put more visual fascia on the wall!

Stopped by on my way back to Ohio and the have a huge selection of instruments and accessories. They have amazing prices compared to my hometown in ohio and was able to purchase a PRS for over $100 cheaper than where I live and their staff was very helpful assisting me in which guitar I should buy, if your looking to get your first instrument or if pro looking for something new they have anything and everything you need. Will definitely be visiting again next time I'm nearby!

I guess i didnt get to have a real experience as I didnt make it past the guy behind the counter up front… thanks, kudos, and a smile to the lady who asked as I entered if “I was looking for anything special” would you like me to hold your dog while you shop? ” (My dog, Cooper, a 12lb CKC Spaniel service dog goes everywhere with me truck, motorcycle and golf cart, harnessed and leashed) thank you for the offer and thought. To the guy behind the counter, that offered “WE dont like dogs around here” that was plenty and I didnt wanna offend him, so I left. The “anything special” I was looking for was a set of brand new zyldjians, ya know, the ones that as a young person would be too expensive and some new sticks… Im old now, retired, and yep can buy them, with new stands and hardware to boot… oh well, I didnt get them that day. But, ill be headed to another shop, soon enough. Lifes Good, rock on kids. Be kind

Place is a joke plain and simple. Went in there and got scolded and reprimanded like a 6 year old for simply just touching a guitar. I was told your not allowed to touch anything and that a worker would hand me the guitar. Then on top of it they have only a FIVE minute limit to try it products before they are hounding you to buy. Never again will step foot in there or recommend

This place has a fair selection of equipment but jerks for salespeople. Signs like “Limit your demo to 5 mins” are absurd for a serious player about to drop $2,500 on a guitar.

I spent all afternoon at Total Entertainment trying to decide between a Taylor and Martin classical, electric guitar. I had already bought a new Gibson ES335 last month from the store. I have shopped this store for over 20 years. The owner Steve, and his staff, could not have been more knowledgeable and accommodating. Their selection of used and new, high-end, quality guitars is second to none. I try to always shop local for big buys and this store is a perfect example of why I do so.

Went in for a desk boom stand, was concerned that the older mic I had might not fit so I brought it along with me. I asked the staff if I could fit test it on the product. He grab a box, than cut the tape, and begun pulling the product out, than stop and asked if I was gonna buy it, and if I wasn't he wouldn't be able to fit test it for me. I laughed said good one and asked for my mic back and left. Scummy sales tactics 1/5 stars.

Wherever I go, I go to the local music stores. This is a great store. They have a large selection of all levels of gear and a very knowledgeable, personable and attentive staff. Their prices are very fair. I am from out of town and they spent a lot of time with me figuring out the best way to get the guitar I purchased home. I would DEFINITELY go there again. Now all they need to do is create a website so out of town folks like me can shop there any time.
