I called this company to do a pumping on the septic tank in my house, we agreed on a price for 375.00, they sent someone and when he showed up, he was so rude and said he wasn’t gonna do the job that he was sent to do, just because…. And even argued with me, they ended up charging me 140.00 more than the price that we agreed on, I would never recommend this company to anyone, I want my money back, I’m a customer and should not be treated this way

Total enviro installed a new drain field on my neighbors property. We live on a dead end road and instead of them using the neighbors property that they are working at to turn their equipment trailer around, they came into my driveway with their trailer and bobcat and put scrapes into my concrete

I should have expected all the nice comments about Mr. Van. I will add my opinions as well, even though it's not a "Job" related comment. Mine is more a "Decent Person" related comment.

Me and my kids had been stuck on the side of the road for over an hour with a flat tire. AAA would not be there for probably another hour. Not one person stopped to help me.

Mr. Van stopped! He stopped and he fixed the tire! No questions asked, and he would not take anything in return. In fact, he even gave my kids a bag of cookies.

I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your company hiring good decent people. And you did it well in hiring Mr. Van.

Excellent experience with Total Enviro. They were pleasant to speak with on the phone got me set up for service call very quickly. Van was the Service Tech who came out to perform my pump put out was friendly and efficient he even got me set up for reoccurring service so I don’t have to call them back every 3 months! Awesome!

I called around price wise. These folks were great. Service was on time and professional. I have their information on my fridge and will use them for my service again.

John ignored the guarantee printed on the back of our receipt which states “free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year”. Our septic tank is full after just 3 weeks since his company pumped it. He is saying it is our fault, and could be a drain field issue even though on our day of service his technician stated to us that our drain field looked good. It even says on our receipt that “drainfield is fair”. John is refusing to come out to check the work his technician did. Also the cost quoted to me on the phone was not honored. We ended up paying double. And to top it off, his technician was rude. Do NOT use this company!

I don’t have any misunderstanding of septic pumping services. We had another company, Brownies, come out to inspect your work. They found wires exposed above ground which caused our pump to trip. So the reason for our tank filling up in 3 weeks is because of your company’s poor workmanship. Our drain field is functioning perfectly.

Had an error in scheduling, called and they immediately addressed it and sent a worker even after he dumped the truck that day. They didn't try and sell me anything and they were fast and easy
