Also, they were interviewing a new doctor for the practice and as the interview he was seeing if he Wanted to work there and what he could add. I thought that was a very cool way to hire. The doctor he was shadowing said something like "the interview is a two way process, I am not just interviewing him. " And I thought that was really awesome.
