Total Hair Experience Salon, Jacksonville FL

I went a few years ago to have my sons haircut and they did a horrible job, however, I haven’t found anywhere that cuts his hair well… so I decided to give them a second chance and booked an appointment to have my haircut… which that didn’t pan out so well! Simple cut with curtain bangs, no style and the stylist could not get the sides even had to go back and she still couldn’t get it and kept cutting away! I will not be returning. $40 for a botched hair cut and and that doesn’t include styling.

Honestly, they are really good and professional. The best part, that I am a hijabi and they were so welcoming to do services for me in a private room. They were so understanding and professional. Gaby did my highlight, haircut, and treatment. Overall, I would go back again. I am glad I found my happy place

I WAS A WORKING HAIR STYLIST FOR 38 YEARS; TO SAY I AM PICKY IS PUTTING IT MILDLY. WHEN GOING IN FOR MY NEW HAIRCUT, I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT HOW THE END RESULT WOULD LOOK. I WAS SET UP WITH KAYLEE WALTERS. I WANTED A VERY ADVANCED HAIRCUT SO THAT IT COULD HAVE GONE BADLY. I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN IT CAME OUT LOOKING SO AMAZING. SHE HAS GREAT HAIRCUTTING SKILLS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HER CONFIDENCE AS WELL; BECAUSE WHEN HEARING I WAS A STYLIST FOR MANY YEARS, MOST STYLISTS CAN GET A LITTLE NERVOUS WORKING ON MY HAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KAYLEE!

Fabulous staff. Celeste is my artist /stylist. Great person. Always pleasant and professional.and oh yeah.she reinvented my hair. I am always feeling like a million when she is finished with her wizardry. Absolutely recommend this salon. Although Celeste is my girl. I see the work of the other professionals and they impress me also. Well Done everyone.and thanks gain to Celeste for the transformation!

Lily is always a treat to have as my go-to stylist! The staff is friendly, the salon clean, and skill levels on point.

I made my appointment for a DevaCut using their online scheduler. I was pleasantly surprised that the front desk called and said they needed to change my appointment time to put me with a more experienced curly stylist. I got there and the first thing my stylist did was wash my hair, which anyone who has ever gotten a DevaCut knows your hair has to be cut dry. My hair cut isn’t bad, but I'm peeved that I still got charged the $70 price tag for a DevaCut that I didn’t receive.

I did buy some product that I’m actually happy with so that’s a plus.

I cannot say enough good things about Lily! I have been getting highlights for 5 years elsewhere, and never gotten exactly what I wanted. I showed Lily what I wanted and she got me there the first appointment. She was so good and so sweet. Definitely recommend her!

My stylist was Lina Delgado and she was AMAZING! She not only took her time listening to what I wanted but also came out with the results I asked for. It took me almost 3 years since living here to find somebody who could do my hair right! She was easy to talk to, made you laugh, and was nothing short of amazing professionally. The price was great also! HIGHLY recommend her and this studio!

I was very excited about the Total Hair Experience Salon because when you enter you see it as professional, but it’s the contrary. If you put a color on they leave your scalp with patches of dark color. You Don’t let yourself be deceived by the appearance.leave with your head dirtier than when you entered.

I hope put zero star for this salon because 1 star too much for stuff I advise everyone not to go there because take money for nothing and The manger not return my money I have money there! Please don’t go to this salon and lose your hair and money specialist the manger and taylor very very

Celeste was very helpful and although it was just a trim/clean up, she gave plenty of tips and suggestions. She blended the side shaves very well and I will definitely be coming back! (:

I had an amazing experience! Cam is amazing! Her knowledge of what I needed exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend her! I'm hooked, won't see anyone else.
