TOTAL IMPACT GUNS AND INDOOR RANGE reviews
16I had the best experience with Murph! He patiently walked me through suppressor registration and purchase. Total Impact has the best people, products and services. I came from the east coast and regularly visit for #ArmoredAllianceGroup training. Best training in the state!
Excellent inventory. If they don't have it they can get it. They will compete firearms prices with anyone and will go.out of their way to earn your business. They do transfers but ask them first. Tell them what you plan on buying and at what price. They want you to spend local. Gunsmith on site. Nicest range in the area. They will entertain trades on a case by case basis. Long range shooter? Ask for Mark. Need a suppressor, ask for Shawn. Lots of knowledge at this location.
Offered to sell my (1 year old) Hellcat - guy at the counter was extremely dismissive and couldn’t care less. I completely understood that they have some in stock, so I offered to trade or use whatever amount they offered towards store credit. Was open to spending over $1000 or more, especially if I was offered a little for my firearm. Guy up front let me walk out so dismissively that I won’t be back here. Won’t recommend to anyone as well. First time in the store, ready to spend money - was also my last stop at the store,
The owner was great and very knowledgeable, helped me pick out my Daniel Defense rifle and two new Sig Sauers I wanted. I will definitely be buying all my guns from here from now on.
I’ve been in a few times. The only bad thing to say is I can’t buy everything I want there lol. The staff is always very friendly. Makes sure I’m good with whatever I need whether it’s the range or purchasing something the team there is top notch! I previously had gone to high noon… boy that let me down… It was nice to experience a good gun store/range!
Great place to hit the range and had a great experience with Shawn. He was able to answer any questions I had and was very helpful.
The staff and very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They beat Shark Coast’s price on a Daniel Defense rifle and we even got two free range passes. We will definitely be back. Thank you Murph and Scott!
Had a great time shooting here. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Clean and safe range.
If I could put no stars I would. Terrible and atrocious customer service! Would not recommend.
I gave 3 stars cause over all it a good shop and way better than High Noon in Venice. Any way Sales dude ask can I help you, I rattled off I'm looking for a S&W J frame with and exposed hammer, he points to the wrong cabinet with revolvers that are mainly 6" and up barrels. Later I ask about 38 special ammo, he's a little befuddled and mentions he's only been there 2 weeks.
Great store and range! I bought a few things (sorry not disclosing:) and had my guns serviced here. Also took my 14yo to the range to practice! They also conduct CC training classes! Highly recommend!
I’ll never go back in there. The sales guy was as unprofessional as a 5 year old when I decided I didn’t want to buy the case with the AR-15 and clips and cartridges that I bought he threw the case across the room
Total Impact has great people and a great range! The sights on my weapon were giving me trouble so I went and spoke with their armorer, Joe, and he quickly and competently fixed my sights. I live about 45 minutes away from the shop, and I gladly drive the distance for good people and a high quality range.
Joe the gunsmith was easily the most helpful gun shop employee I have ever worked with.
This place is high class!
I prefer outdoor ranges for multiple reasons, but all the ones around here are county run and they don’t let you double tap or use human silhouette targets (didn’t even think of that before I bought em… they’re damn targets and they were on sale!). Anyways, Total Impact is my go-to indoor. Clean facility, good air circulation, nice lanes. Can get busy but the store has some nice pieces to look at while you wait (including that badass Gatling). The range itself is nice and bright too. I find half the indoor ones around here are dingy and dark.
Splitting a lane with a buddy makes it a solid deal at $25 for both shooters.
