What more would anyone ask for in a pediatrics office
Dr is very experienced so he does not waste time with small talk and gets to the point with an accurate diagnosis

I've been frequenting this establishment for almost a year now. Not every day but could count on my hand how many times I've been in the office. Each time theres a long wait, too long I might add. I recently visited, seeking advice on having my son tested for certain disabilities and I have to say it was the worst visit ever. The attending nurse/Male was cold and distant and seemed as though he could care less on what was coming out of my mouth. Then the Doctor came in and he quickly brushed us off. Gave us some ludicrous information and dashed out of the room. After following up with his office, it literally took me all day to finally get to a person who could assist me. The individual whose name I was told was Emily, which I doubt. Let's just say she's the female that handles referalls and was extremely nasty on the phone. As a parent, we ask questions for clarification and to make everything as simple as possible. She became combative, when all I wanted to know was the process of the referral and if it would cost. Since this is what I was told by my sons school. I dont see the need to become combative or irritated if a parent is asking for clarification on anything. Your in the business of helping others and not causing more stress. It seems lately all people in the medical industry is lacking that warm touch and patience or regard for their patients or patients family members. I haven't written a review in a while for places but I'm on a role. Businesses need to know what their lacking. Total Pediatric Care can surely do with some new employees. They also forget that there are other companies willing to make sure a patients overall experience is a good one and not only care about the numbers coming in and out of their office. And the place is run down and maybe in violation of some kind of health code. I won't be back! I would leave no stars if I could.

The best doctor in town! I was a patient when I was little and now I bring my daughter! I would trust no other doctor and staff with her thank you!

Personally, the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The doctor was so rude. We waited over 2 hours and still left without fully being serviced

Been caring for my kids 21 years plus I love the services.
