Always feel like my feet are being cared for by knowledgeable and highly a skilled Dr T and staff great people

I found I had some tears in my tendon on my foot. Dr. Tribuani clearly explained all my options. Dr. T and his staff are all very knowledgeable professional with your care and cure as thier number one priority. I would highly recommend Total Podiatry and Dr. T for all your foot care. Thank you Dr. T and staff for all your care.

Everyone in the office was very nice and did their job. Dr. T was great. Explained everything and was very caring.

Dr. T at Total Podiatry is amazing! He is personable, a great listener, and was empathetic to my concerns. Big shout out to Andrea, she is on point and made my experience enjoyable! I highly recommend this group of professionals.

I was in so much pain and Dr. Tribuiani was so certain he could fix the problem I trusted him. I feel great! It took longer than expected but walking and standing are no longer painful. The staff are fabulous.

I was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis (PF)
I have a active lifestyle and couldn’t afford to suffer through the typical length of recovery that (PF) takes.
I was accepted as a new patient immediately and was treated with Regenerative Medicine options that have worked beyond my expectations. What normally can take months for (PF) to heal only has taken a couple of weeks.
The staff at Total Podiatry is friendly and welcoming!

I visited with this Dr in April 2022, he stated how I needed orthotics, (not what I went to him for), I trusted him and got my models done, paid 150 (half up front)
it is now October and still no orthotics. Phone calls, cancelling appointments on my voiced mail and messages from the office stating they were lost by the lab. This was late July after not hearing anything from them, I spoke to Theresa, and I even thanked her for helping me to figure out what was happening and how my care got so fumbled, and she was really helpful and as she tried once again to explain that it wasn't their fault I interrupted her and yes I was abrupt) and said " Return my 150 dollars I want nothing further to do with this office, she replied "no we don't do that.it is not our policy "I asked her to have the Dr call me please.
I never received a phone call or my payment back, it is now August and I returned home after several weeks from vacation to a bill from the office asking for $240. I called spoke to Theresa again asking I guess you found my orthotics for you submitted the claim to the insurance she said, we mailed you the orthotics.
Mailed me? When Why? The Dr mails orthotics without seeing me or fitting me? She told me again that they were mailed gave me the tracking number, I told her I will track with the info you gave me to see where they are.
Post office says they were delivered, weeks before I arrived back from vacation.
I called the office today and asked to speak directly to the Dr, another woman answered there and replied "he doesn't do that", he doesn't call his patients I asked? She said "yes he wont call you. " She said I see what a mess this whole thing has been and I feel really bad, I said to her just please return my money to me, she said Im sorry we dont do that, no returns on orthotics"
I lost my cool I said what orthotics! I dont have anything and you have my money, she said no the lab has your money we paid them! " I told her if I do not receive my money I will let everyone know ie next door app, wink news, etc as to what a racket you have going on there, she told me" you do what you have to" and hung up
Called my ins co, they said the office submitted a claim and coded it as "not medically necessary" so for that reason I will not be covered. Btw I wasn't even aware they covered orthotics under my plan) I told her I never received the orthotics from April and she said it would be put through appeals and looked at as a fraudulent charge.

My credit card was informed and began the dispute process, but said that I did what was right in reaching out to the office first to resolve the matter, but now they will place it to the fraud department as well for investigation, also Cigna said the Dr billed me for services on July 22, not April (not legal to change dates)

So folks be aware a Dr who is featured in a fancy magazine means nothing at all, unless he was not made aware of how his staff mishandled my care.
Last note I personally do not see a physician and purchase an item that is not medically necessary, but oh how this man insisted my bones would shatter if I did not have these in place!
Maybe now the good Dr will give me a call

They are the best. Very friendly and down to earth. I had a great visit. The took care of me like I was family. Love everyone that work for Total Podiatry The best in town.

I came to Dr T’s practice with an injury that had not improved in more than a month and seemed to be worsening. Thanks to the doctor and his staff within a few weeks I was pain free and my foot was good as new.

Dr. Tribuiani is very professional and attentive. He took care of my foot problem without pain. The staff are very kind and professional especially Andrea.

Over the past 6 years, I have had two different foot injuries treated by Dr. Tribuiani at Total Podiatry. Both injuries were quite severe and painful.

Dr. Tribuiani displayed a lot of experience in correctly diagnosing these injuries and also when describing his treatment plan. He spent a considerable amount of time with me to explain these details to me.

Dr. Tribuiani resolved both of these foot problems fairly quickly considering the severity of my injuries. His staff were all very supportive and appeared quite experienced in their duties.

Each person with whom I had contact—from receptionist to room assistants to the Dr.himself—explained what would happen, then delivered on what was promised, and ensured a thorough follow up. Dr. Tribuiani and his staff are wonderful-professional, knowledgeable and caring. The office is clean and appointment times are right on schedule. I was diagnosed with a bone spur, was treated with minimal invasive in-office surgery and with very little downtime, in three days I was able to run in the Thanksgiving turkey trot with no pain. I will highly recommend Dr. Tribuiani!
