Thank you for coming into my workplace and fixing my tire last night. I really appreciate the professionalism and work ethic.

Chad got out there on a Sunday night to get my moving truck out of a ditch. Quick to answer the phone and took care of business so we could get back to our business! Thank you Chad

This place has terrible customer service towards people of color! The guy who was asked to fix my trailer did not actually fix anything on my trailer yet charged me triple the price. The place is money hungry in which I’m not sure why. I overall would not recommend dealing with this company for road side or service calls. If I could leave something lower than a one star then I definitely would rate it a 0.

If you are a person of color don’t even bother going here they don’t even care to treat you with respect! One of the dudes “fixed” my trailer, made me pay him 3000 even though it was not fixed, then tried to have me arrested for no reason! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Clearly they are only after money!

I spent over $2000 in repairs and can't even get them to call me back. I called them over a week ago about something they repaired that is still not working.

UPDATE. OVER 2 weeks now and still no call.

Not very happy with this place. Took my truck in before 8AM. Pick up my truck at 12: 15. Work was not done.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Total Roadside Services for being an amazing company! I’m not going to get into details but I had an issue and the owner went above and beyond to help me and correct the issue! I appreciate them so much and so happy that I go through them for any vehicle related needs. Truly an awesome company. If you guys don’t use them, you should definitely go support them and their local business. They really prove and standby exceptional customer service.

I just want to thank the folks at Total Roadside Services for the fantastic job they did for us! We were traveling to Key Largo from Tavares for vacation with our fifth wheel when we had a tire blowout on our RV on the Florida Turnpike. Definitely not what we expected on our way to a much-needed vacation! Luckily we had a State Farm roadside patrol help up change out the tire and replace with the spare, but now we had to make up our minds "do we turn around and go home or continue on our way? "

I decided to look for a place on the way to replace all 4 tires on the RV and a new spare with quality tires. I called Total Roadside Services and thank goodness I did! They not only had 5 tires in stock for us, they promised us they would get us in right away so we could continue on our way without too much delay! Jen opened a ticket for us over the phone and gave us directions and we were on our way. We arrived there within 40 minutes or so and they were ready to help and answer any questions we had. Rather than making us wait for the trucks being worked on, Chris overheard us saying we could lift the RV anywhere since we had hydrolic auto-leveling, and he got to work for us right away!

We even had a nice big shady tree to sit under and have our lunch & snacks at a picnic table while we waited! We were on way to the Keys in no time and we had a fabulous week or snorkeling, kayaking, exploring and chillaxing. Thank you so much Chris, Jen and everyone at Total Roadside Services. You guys definitely understand what customer service is! You ROCK!

Roadside assistance/towing through AAA. Johnny was Prompt, courteous, and Very Professional! Will definitely do business with Total Roadside Services again.
