OMG this store is Amazing! Such a vast collection of spirits! We had such a great time trialing different wines as well as picking out different varieties of personal size liquor bottles. Our store associate Kyle was soooo awesome and made it a point to help us around the store. Fantastic customer service! I hope there is a Total Wine Store in Michigan!

Nice place, very good variety in products, nice employees, just sad is that the employees, like by Walmart, the whole time on the feets staying, not like in Europe where people, Cashiers in seating working and are much happier by the job, they don't would have problems with employees searching if Employers would offer a better work conditions.

If I didn't go find help it wouldn't have been offered! This location and Brandon have nice nasty workers. Won't buy from here again or recommend. ABC is on a totally different level.

Like a Toys R Us for alcohol, the staff is very knowledgeable and I don't think you'll find more options in one place

The name on the sign pretty much tells ypu what you're walking into. The place is clean and well organized in such a way that you can "pick your poison". You can actually grab a shopping cart and pull a total Nicholas Cage in the place.

Great selection, Spirits Manager Alvaro is amazing, biggest reason I go there. Very knowledgeable and his suggestions are always spot on.

The have their wine cooler back in the store.
You can chill your wine before you leave the store.

Awful lot of stuff to choose from here. Nice clean store. Staff was friendly. The web site told me what aisle I would find the item I was looking for which was great. No need to bug the staff. I also enjoyed looking over the many little bottles of alcohol to see what I have not tried. Plenty of other drinking-related odds and ends to peruse. Place was really busy for a Friday at noon. Guess it's 5 o'clock somewhere but all the alcohol is being bought here. They did open up extra lanes for the customers checking out. Parking was a little challenging what with all the people coming and going. The side streets you have to navigate to get into and out of Total Wine are set up awkwardly and are busy, so you may want to start drinking after and not before you come here to shop. Well, you should not drink and drive anyhow, but yeah, great store!

Five stars just for the sheer volume. I walked in and I felt like I should be bowing. I was limited for time but I feel like I didn’t want leave. If you love wine this is the place to go. I was surprised how many inexpensive bottles they carry that were really good. I’m new to drinking wine but their selection is amazing.

I have spoken very highly of this place to so many people I know. Today I went in on a Saturday during “tasting” hours for the first time to be told that the tasting was for employees whaaaattt that’s crazy. At the same time a couple walked by and they were greeted.so at that point I’m about to walk away then the man proceeds to ask me what kind of wine I liked & followed up with “ you won’t like this wine it’s for older people, dry wine go to aisle 7 for moscato” well isn’t that the whole point of a “tasting” also I am on hold at the moment with the store while I was able to type this review. I am very displeased in the service received.

Totally lame experience. Didn't have two of the three things I stopped in for despite the website saying they were in stock.and I couldn't even get any of the people working there to make eye contact with me either, to inquire about whether I could get what I needed. Straight up, it's worth paying an extra dollar or two to buy from local Mom and Pop liquor stores then to come to one of these places. I think it was purely chance that I was able to find these cherries; they were sitting on a shelf all by themselves nowhere near any of the other cocktail garnishes. During the worst of the covid last year, I did find the Brandon store to be very helpful.but I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Asked for help multiple times and was completely ignored. Very rude workers. I would rather buy what I need from the gas station then come back to this place again

Great selection and prices. My friend loves Gin and I wanted to get him something uncommon. They had over 50 brands. Very satisfied.
