Total Wine & More, Fort Myers FL

Sorry for my original 3 star rating, it was mant for another establishment.you deserve a 5 star due to your knowledgeable and supportive team, as well as the vast selection of wines and spirits (not to mention my frequent forays into the walkin humidor).

We had the best helper today Mr. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through our wedding alcohol shopping list. He was very patient as we didn’t know much about alcohol and was able to find everything on our list. Thank you again for your help!

Easy peasy. 3 different discounts on 3 different wines.smooth sailin'! Now time to get the heck out a get home!

Made a purchase on 11/24/21. Paid with our American Express card. Order was boxed up and bagged and left. Enroute home, received a rude message from Eve the store manager that the card declined and had to come back before 9Pm to pay. Called American Express and no transaction was sent from Total Wine, and zero purchases made had been declined. Drove back to store and asked for Eve. She is the most unprofessional and rudest manager I have ever encountered and does a disservice to Total Wine. She does not deserve her job. She was informed our card was not declined and that they made an error. We were waiting for an apology for them voiding the transaction and creating an inconvenience to us. Instead of the apology for her staff’s error she informed us we were lucky she didn’t call the cops for stealing! I placed last night a call into corporate as I would like either the owner of the business to call us or someone high up at corporate to call and discuss the abusive attitude of their manager.

I had American Express on the phone and called the store to discuss the transaction and was disconnected. Rate very low for customer satisfaction as well as treating customers with respect and being appreciative for their business. Our financial integrity was insulted as well as our morale and ethics.

Update 11/26, never received a call from corporate or owner of the store. Guess Total Wine doesn’t care about customer service and their customers

Some of the prices were not as good as the Sam's Club for wine. Staff were ok, could have been friendlier

BEWARE OR WARNING. THIS IS NOT AMERICA, THIS IS NOT HELPING. THIS CONTINUES ARE DIVIDE. AT 136PM YESTERDAY I WALKED INTO TOTAL WINE, I SAW MOST CUSTOMERS NOT WEARING A MASK WHILE EMPLOYEES WERE. WHEN I WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PICK UP 2 ORDERS WORKING FOR DOORDASH. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WEAR A MASK AS IT IS IN THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT. I LET CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOW I COULDN'T WEAR A MASK BECAUSE I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES. AFTER TALKING WITH A MANAGER, I HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND LOSE INCOME BECAUSE I AM UNABLE TO WEAR A MASK BECAUSE I AM A RETIRED NYC POLICE OFFICER WHO WORKED AT THE WORLD TRADE CENTER. I CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY BLAMED DOORDASH. I HAVE DONE THOUSANDS OF DELIVERIES WITH NO ISSUES. I LOVED SHOPPING HERE IN THE PAST AS A PAYING CUSTOMER BUT WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM A DIME. I WILL SUPPORT LOCAL MOM AND POP STORES THAT SUPPORT AMERICA AND ITS FREEDOM THAT ARE STILL LEFT.

Staff is absolutely useless, they haven't got a clue about customer service. I'll never shop here again.

Definitely losing site of their mission to be Total WINE. Poor selection of wine. Lots of liquor, lots of snacks.lots of cabs.very short variety in shiraz, zins, and carmenere. Total Stuff with some wine.

I just left the store but i HAD to write this review in the parking lot! Thanks to Stefan for providing STELLAR customer service. Stopped in looking for a specific product that showed in stock at the store but we couldn’t locate it on the shelf. Stefan couldn’t either but he searched through the store until he found the product! He brought it straight to me and then assisted us even more when we were creating our own six pack. Customer service like that is so rare to come by but he was patient with us and did everything in his power to make sure we walked out with what we wanted. He is definitely an asset to the store and I hope he is recognized for all he does. I’ll make the trip from Naples to this location as many times thanks to this delightful employee!

We spend way too much money here, but are addicted to the wonderful selection of wine and as spirits.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The employees are extremely rude, no one helps you if you're trying to find something. The manager and short/fat woman cashier are judgemental and rude. They refused to sell my sister and I who are almost 40 alcohol, who don't even drink much - however, they claim you have to be over 21 to be in the store, yet no one is at the door checking IDs. Also, it's ironic you won't let 2 consenting adults pushing 40, but you'll allow someone shopping with their infant and children, now I know they're not 22 - so I hope they withheld their "ethical" standards.

It truly is an one stop shop for all you adult beverages. They have everything from wine, beer, alcohol, kegs, and all the accessories rare or common. You can also pick up a few snacks there as well.

After being inside for an hour, carefully selecting spirits and wines, at the time of check-out I was denied the purchase because I had no ID. Understandable, I seem to have misplaced my ID, therefore I decide to go the car and check for it. I could not find it, so instead I brought over my wife to purchase it so that we may be in our way. They refused to sell anything based on the fact that I came in without an ID. Honestly: I have grey hairs all over my head!
After 5 years of coming to this store and weekly making purchases, its time for me to take my business somewhere else. Worst customer service than the discount liquor store next door.

Everything you could need or want, they have. Selection of wine, beer and spirits is amazing. If you need anything, just ask. We never go anywhere else.
